First time trying and probably won't be going back. I got a kids order instead of my box, yes should have check but I was in a rush. Since my cook came in a kids box EVERYTHING was soggy. Not good at all.

Ha. 5 pieces in a 6pc combo, aslong with other issues any other time I come to this location.Canes also in general gives you the driest smallest nastiest chicken now adays I mean how to we accept this as food for almost $19 for a Caniac combo? I remember when these were like $12 and they would give you hot fresh big 6pieces of chicken?. Shrinkflation and garbage quality food is center of America

Bland chicken out needs the sauce but if you are not a fan just bland chicken.
For a while I’ve been coming here a lot but I’m maybe gonna rethink that.Tonight I lost my wallet somewhere between paying at the restaurant and driving home. The closure of my bag had come undone and I knew it must have fallen out somewhere either in my parking lot or at the restaurant. By the time I realized what had happened, it was a few minutes after the closing time of the restaurant, so I crossed my fingers while frantically searching my apartment’s parking lot and prayed I was calling in time to catch someone doing closing tasks. Fortunately I was! I was informed that no wallets had been found. I asked if the person who answered my call would take a glance at the parking lot, as I live 20ish minutes away from the restaurant. I understand getting a call while you are trying to walk out the door sucks, but what I asked for could not possibly have taken more than a minute and could probably have been accomplished by looking out the front window. I was informed that it was “not our job”, and that other people had come and gone so it probably wasn’t there anyway. I get that it wasn’t exactly your job…but how unkind and also what an unnecessarily rude way to put it.The most recent time I went to this Cane’s before tonight was also on the unpleasant side. I noticed when I was leaving that I had not received all the food I ordered. No biggie. Honest mistake. I pointed it out and was informed that I had not been charged for the food that I had not received. Again. No biggie. The person taking my order probably just misheard me. Honest mistake. I offered to pay for the things that were left off, but said I did still want them. The person at the window just kept saying that they weren’t on my receipt and that I didn’t pay for them while I just kept reiterating that I was happy to pay for them. I basically had to spend like an entire minute begging to purchase my entire order.I don’t know for certain, but based on voice I’m pretty sure both of these interactions were with the same person. I’m also pretty sure that I’m gonna find somewhere else to buy my chicken from now on.

The food is good but it is outrageously overpriced in my opinion ??♀️ the store is also extremely loud, those with sensory issues be warned and stick to the drive
