I can’t say enough good things about the food and the folks involved, just go try it for yourself! It’s a great and laid back bbq spot that’s worth it! In the summer time, they have live music!

Didn't like the mac n cheese, was way too peppery. The cornbread was hard on the outside and dry on the inside. Pulled pork and BBQ sauce were good, and really liked the peanut butter pie.

Great bbq!! Hard to find bbq this good in Denver! Had the French dip and it did not disappoint. My wife had the chicken thigh sandwich and also delicious. Friendly service and inviting atmosphere. Will be back!

We had a great time at Rolling Smoke. Highly recommend the baked beans and mac and cheese. The plate was a generous portion, and definitely worth the price. Also loved the carolina mustard and vinegar. My partner loved his pulled pork sandwich. Service was also wonderful. We hope to be back. Great music and art on the walls - we love to see real, human-made art these days!

I pre-ordered a smoked turkey from Rollin' Smoke for Thanksgiving, and it was fantastic! The pickup process was quick and easy, and the heating instructions were simple to follow. The turkey came out absolutely delicious — tender, flavorful, and a total hit at our holiday table. Highly recommend!
