It's false advertisement. The title of the name correctly states Roses Cafe. But when you get there it's name suddenly changes to Roses Tavern. There is no cafe. It's merely a bar with a bunch of drunks.

Quite good and an excellent value. I've had their American fare; burger, fries, and onion rings that were very good. Skip the I 70 & Kiping fast food places and get carry out here.
