This is a late review, we visited Salsa, Mexican restaurant. It was late in the evening around eight. They closeing at nine yet the food is still delicious and service great. We had a queso fundido. She started with the appetizer I had a sizzling steak fajita plate. My wife had combination plate. My son had a taco with fries and ketchup then we ordered two steak burritos and an enchiladas plate to go. Next time I come in I’m gonna to order the Mocahete. I heard Denver foodie left a good review on it. The food is decent for Wheat Ridge but definitely not a place to go if you are looking for true authentic Mexican food.Also, depending on whos working the staff is a hit n miss. They charge extra for "everything" even for basic chips and salsa and prepare to pay for "to go" containers.. Sometimes you get cool staff but most the time they lack cust service skills.
