Excellent service! I made it in last minute when they had just closed the kitchen and the manager opened the kitchen back up to make 4 delicious bacon singles! I greatly appreciated the staff going above and beyond … will certainly be coming back to this location

It took more than 30 minutes to get my food. The workers were rude and yelling obscenities at each other. They made a mistake on my order and tried to blame me. They did the exact same thing to the customer behind me. The food was awful. Used to be a staple for our family. Never going back.

Did a to go order. But looks like a teenage sweatshop in there haha. Poor kids were great though. Service was amazing the order was spot on and delicious. That mushroom swiss truffle burger is to die for!!! Will definitely LOVE to eat here again!!

Arrived just as they opened the doors with 2 people in front of me. Ordered a Double Colorado with no cheeses to go at 11:02. The 2 people in front of me get their orders…The 2 people behind me got their orders… at 11:22 I get a single burger with both cheeses. Of course I didn’t open it to find out until I was long gone.

I asked the guy behind the counter what to order and he said he didn’t know. DespicableI’ll give him some grace because he said he’s only been working there for 2 weeks, but come on man.Food was great, make sure to get smash fry’s with smash sauce.

Regular burger place. Not particularly well taken care of inside and service was pretty slow considering only one person was in front of me. Chicken tenders were pretty dry and not very flavorful. Got the upgraded tots and they were lacking flavor as well. Overall, I'd eat there if needed. Won't search out this location or possibly Smash going forward.NOTE:They don't lettuce wrap burgers anymore for gluten people, just use shredded lettuce over it. You're pretty much forced to eat it like a cut-up salad that way.

There are so many burger places out there today so it's critical that we "thin the heard" and this place, smash burger as a whole needs to be picked off. Specific to this location, the burgers have slowly gone downhill, dry, tasteless and poorly put together and "smashed" into a bag. For this price, we should expect more as a consumer. Not to mention the staff at this location is exceptionally poor. Chic FILet has showed us that you can have a good staff at a fast food restaurant if you hire well and treat well, so no excuse. Won't be going back.

Smash burger's are AWESOME and the company awards you loyalty points, but then they confiscate them after a certain period of time! Not everyone lives close to Smashburger or are able to visit often. If I earn points for buying expensive burgers, when I'm in the area and able to do so, I don't think this company has any business "confiscating" them if I don't return soon enough. I find that disgusting.

Foods great when you can get it.Third try to order online and it tells you online ordering isn't available.Ok?x3They don't tell you until you've placed your order and go to check out. So, do everything and then no dice.Just kidding. No food for you.No order ahead and no hassle-free customization. It's like gambling except less fun

Yikes. This place used to be so great.Stopped in for lunch, my first red flag should have been the MyPillow Guy infomercial playing on the TV but the visit only got less satisfying from there. For starters, the place is filthy. Floors so greasy you can see shoe prints. The tables in the back smell like feet and urinal cakes. They don’t have any sugar packets stocked but that shouldn’t be a problem as there’s no tea brewed to put them in.Out of everything. No onion rings, no Brussels sprouts (only because the cook didn’t want to cut them), no Coke. Guy in front of me ordered a ton of shakes, didn’t have a drink carrier for them to travel with.20 minutes after ordering the one person working in the front came to tell me they didn’t have Brussels sprouts. This was after hearing the cook argue about not having any cut already. Burger came out burnt to hell with the smallest portion of tater tots I ever paid $4 for on a cold stale and soggy from sauce bun.I paid nearly $20 for the most underwhelming lunch ever. Would have walked out full for two dollars less at five guys and my meal would have been hot. Bummer

The place was dirty. Bench seating full of dirt, trash, and bits of food. Napkins in the basket were dirty too, and stuck together. Cleaning rags laying around on counters. One employee was walking around with a cleaning rag hanging from his back pocket. The table looked like it hadn't even been wiped down. I was too tired and hungry not to eat. Burger and tots were good. Staff was friendly, but the place was not very busy, and they should have cleaned between customers.Reply to the reply to my review: you have my review. And it lists the location of the Smashburger on Youngfield in Wheat Ridge Colorado. There is nothing more that sending you the same info via email would tell you. Spend the time it would take to reply to an email, and teach your staff how to clean the restaurant. Because your food is great. Dirty tables and benches are not.

Love this place! Started in Colorado and running strong. I have friends who say the prices are a little steep. That hasn't deterred me from stopping in and eating a Colorado burger with a fried egg on top. They have surprisingly tasty brussel sprouts as well.

Not sure about other times of the week, but at roughly 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon, it took this crew over 20 minutes to get me an order of fries (25 minutes when they finally arrived, and they were cold). Not the length of order time you'd expect from a place like this, but as they had informed me of the wait time upfront, and I wasn't doing anything, I decided to wait. This was not at a busy time, while I waited there was only one other customer (also waiting for food). Two other customers came in towards the end of my wait, so this was hardly a 'peak' time.Ironically, it wasn't the fries that took the most time for this order; my wings arrived at almost exactly the 30 minute mark, and when they did, I was given the wrong sauce. After waiting for my order for almost half an hour, the obviously least senior member of the shift asked me if I would like a drink as my wait had been so long. The other shift members didn't seem nearly as concerned.Maybe you'll have better luck at other times/days.

I'd say 2.5.The food was good (as always) and the person who took our order was kind. But, the facility wasn't clean and the staff was not engaged in work but were on their phones. The bathrooms were also messy. For this reason, I won't return. Sorry. I don't like leaving bad reviews but improvement is needed.

Its obvious that at some point the executives figured out that they can run every location with 3-4 overworked employees all day and they won't spare the $80 a week for an extra staff to clean the place on a shift. Very unfortunate direction. This is a consistent pattern I've seen at every location.Food is great, staff are nice, but they'll need a little relief and time so that the whole place doesn't smell like a used sock.
