Came through the drive-through the other day to get coffee and went to pay for my drinks only need to find out the two copies I paid for were $18. I asked for a receipt and seen that the lady with the blonde short hair tipped herself five dollars and when I went to push the tip, it was already pressed and I just tapped my card. I always tip and appreciate and love Starbucks, but I just wanted to share my experience in case this happens to anyone else!

I didn't know that if a WHITE person shows up and TELLS the staff that you are IN A HURRY and you need your drink fast because you have an important meeting, they will stop making your order that was already half way done and give preference to other person! SHOCKED!

Ok so I’ve been here a few times bc I work nearby, I’ve waited to sum up my experiences to see if I was over exaggerating, based on these reviews I don’t believe it to be so. This staff is so so unhappy w their lives and it is so very clear. Idk who their managers are or what they do to these ppl. The guy w the long hair rude, always. Girl w curly bronze hair was rude too. Like every time I come here these ppl make me feel like I’ve done something wrong to them personally. You guys have got to get it together, this is ridiculous.

Cynthia, in a hurry, do not come here and their bathroom, are disgusting. Everyone working here except for the girl who took my order act like they hate there jobs! Been waiting now 15 mins and there has only been one person ahead of me!
When you hire new people, maybe make sure they’re trained in what they do. No one wants to spend money for coffee to be done incorrectly. I ordered what I have been ordering for as long as I’ve been going to Starbucks (way over 5 years) and both the ladies were so confused asking me what I want in the drink even after I repeated the written down order I’ve been ordering for years now. Asking me how I want it done. Exactly how I ordered it. Made the wrong one only to make a second one tasting horrible.

Worst experience ive ever had at a starbucks. Ordered a sweet cream cold brew at drive through then went in because it literally just tasted like cold brew. Explained that, the lady just looked at me looked at my drink walked over to a fridge pulled a jug out poured some in a small pup cup cup handed it to me and that was it. Didn't apologize, ask if I want it remade and didnt even respond when I said thank you. There was no service

I don’t recommend using the order ahead app. The sausage sandwich always comes out long before my drink, and hardens and cools in the process, but today my coffee came a full 20 minutes after the sandwich; its currently 10:45 on a Wednesday, and they are not busy.
