I downloaded the Starbucks app said to come in. Get a free drink on my birthday. She asked me if I downloaded the app today.I said yes, she said you have to have the app for a while.
So I didn't get a coffee so I went to dunkin' donuts on 44th and Kipling I didn't get coffee but I did get a free Donut, but I still wanted coffee.So I went to the Ziggi's on 58th in Arvada.
Didn't have their app but did give me a free coffee I didn't have a lot of cash but I did give her what I had in my pocket and they were busier than starbucks chive on sorry I 8 the donut

I usually enjoy this location but the last couple times you’ve had Kevin taking drive thru orders. He’s very rude and condescending. I was trying to order a drink with extra add ins and as I didn’t see it on the screen and tried to reiterate what I wanted his response “there’s other buttons I have to push” yeah I get that but before rushing me to come pay I’d like to make sure you got my drink correct. Since you guys keep making it different everytime I come. Still had to have them remake a drink. Not sure when we stopped giving hot drink sweaters but the last 4 times I have to ask for one. I’ll start going to a more local coffee shop where the employees are happy to make coffee and interact with customers.

I love coming here!! They have great staff of baristas however except one, she has a buzz cut and a mask. She is always rude and honestly whenever i get her i hesitate and honestly don’t even want to order anymore. She makes it feel like I’m a bother, I’m also hard of hearing and whenever I get her and I can’t hear her, she is a rude tone and has an attitude. And I’m always polite towards her if not I’m might even be too nice to her. Other than that everything else is great, it’s just that barista. I hope you guys consider on firing her because that attitude won’t get her anywhere.

This is the worst starbucks in the metro area. EVERY single time they mess up. I was so excited to order a chestnut praline latte and I always avoid this location (just note all the horrible reviews) but after thinking maybe they fired some people and changed our management decided to give it a try again, and once again this incompetent location messed up. No whip cream, no praline spiced crumbs, and a half full cup. Seriously, just bulldoz this location and put something else there. They will never change no matter how many bad reviews. Go to the applewood location.

They over charged me on my order. I was confused so I duplicated the order on the app. Sure enough the order on the app was cheaper. When I asked them about it the barista was very rude about the whole thing. She would only say "I don't make the prices." I work with Starbucks location in grocery stores, this wasnt normal. . I'm around them everyday. I will tell anybody to never come to this location. I certainly will not.

I have been going to this location for the past two years. I absolutely adore Cali. She is always so sweet and makes my drinks perfect every time. However, there is another lady that works there that is so RUDE, she always has a mask on and has very short hair. She makes me feel so uncomfortable and makes me feel like I am a bother. I used to love coming here but because of her I go to another location. Please get rid of her!! She is AWFUL!!

Gotta love when you feel like a nuisance, while paying hard earned money, ON TOP of tipping extra, because you know what it's like to grind at a place that cares little about your future.Anyways, the short haired person- you know, the type that you have to ask of their pronoun before addressing them, (not trying to be insensitive, but thats actually the world in which we live these days) they were just really not nice or welcoming, start to finish. Not helpful with my simple questions about a drink, not everyone is educated the thousands of silly options and comps on your menu. Then after seeing some unattended sunglasses in an empty building, trying to be a good samaritan, I turned them in and their response and attitude just sucked. One of those interactions that is hard to put into words but you know was unpleasant, unless scoffing and eye rolling means something different today. I really dont appreciate feeling like Im a bother. Glad I dont live near here because its not any inconvenience to never come to this location again.Come on guys, or humans, or whatever is socially accepted, be better. Work every day at your job as if it is your dream job, then one day that will become reality.
