me and my family always go to this Starbucks almost every other day because it’s just what’s more convenient for us but today I went and I found something nasty in my drink. I’m very disappointed and disgusted. Although their customer service was great we even tipped them but this just disappointed me.
Definitely the worst location in this particular area. They’re slow as all hell, employees have been rude to me on more than a couple occasions. Drinks are hit or miss here, you just never know. Sucks bc I love the other locations in this area but this one ALWAYS somehow misses on one area or another

Coffee was great and staff was super nice and friendly. Needed to do some remote work here and I’m in shock how a multi-billion dollar company can’t afford to put in some decent furniture. Only wood chairs and tables which of course destroyed my back.

Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee on the way to an appointment. The people are friendly, the store is clean (I used the bathroom and it was spotless) and I got my coffee quick. However, I ordered a decaf Americano and it was lukewarm at best... Possibly putting tap water into it from a pitcher. Tasted good in spite of it's unexpected temperature.

I asked for a drink in a larger cup and they said they didn't have a button for it. I didn't understand why they couldn't just verbally ask for the larger cup so I was disappointed. Then when I received my drink it was not correct, it was supposed to be a chai tea with sweet cream foamy phone but it just tasted like milk. I've been here several times but this time it was disappointing.

Extra light ice means extra LIGHT, NOT extra MORE. Pay attention to orders. Specifocally asked couple times to make it very light ice, even left a tup. Still screwed up the order. Really...

22 mins in the drive through to get a tall espresso Frappuccino- and there were 2 cars in front of me. Shocking. I will never stop at this location again!

Absolutely amazing experience with Jaelyn!
She is professional, talented, and truly cares about her work and her clients. From start to finish, Jaelyn made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she does — her attention to detail is incredible. I left feeling beyond happy with the results and would 100% recommend her to anyone. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also kind and passionate, Jaelyn is the one. I can’t wait to book with her again!

Absolute worst service I've ever gotten from Starbucks I had to repeat my drink six times, they still got it wrong had to go inside to correct them. How to tell them how to properly make a coffee drink all three of my drinks did not have coffee. I was also charged extra for the mistake because they thought I wanted something different. Stop inside was rude and refused to correct one drink.

Staff is great and the food is delivered to expectations. The Internet service? Below poverty level.... You will get a dismal 0.75 mbps - do not recommend working from here
