I go there frequently but this day the younger girl who made my coffee young red head clearly did not want to be there she was well...really kinda rude kinda made me not want to go back to that location again but everybody else there was over the top friendly greet you when you walk in all smiling except the one my only other complaint is ...so if I hand you my phone becuz my order is so complicated wouldn't you assume I had a Starbucks app but nobody EVER asks if they should scan my bar code there for I always forget and am never offered a receipt so I'd say the last ...at least ...10 timesI've gotten no points
This location has really bad customer service. I placed an order for almost $10 and the coffee was cold and I asked the lady at the window if she could warm it up. Her attitude was rude, rolled her eyes at me and did not bother to do what I asked. Its so sad people are like that. I did not want to argue so I just left with my cold coffee. Not worth to stop, at least not at that location.

I always hesitate when ordering here. Coffee never tastes as good compared to other Starbucks. Feel like the lady with the mullet messes up my orders and can't measure cream right to put in a drink with light ice. Then she moves like a snail when fixing the online drink. Not sure if they are trained this way, but the last couple times I noticed they put in one less pump of syrup than what's printed on the tag. I'll continue to avoid this one.

Went inside to order cashier was NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL at all. I had questions on a bogo and she had a attitude. All the staff was so unfriendly and not welcoming at all I did NOT GET ANY HELP OR BOGO. Even when shown on my app I didn't get any points either. Worst customer service I ever experienced here. Disappointed ?

Stopped by this morning to get my normal coffee run just like every morning , decided to treat myself to Starbucks because I felt like it sounded good . Unfortunately for me I’m human and I had to use the restroom before ordering . Not even kidding 2-4 mins after entering restroom I was rushed with a knock on the door asking if I was done yet by employees because I was taking too long . I still ordered after exiting the restroom just to feel complete and utter embarrassment by the whole staff Infront of many other customers . THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE . I will never choose a Starbucks down south from home ever again . And for the person who knocked and announced them selves loud enough for the store to hear I hope you loose your job or find a new profession. You are very unprofessional , Uncourteous and disrespectful towards customers just simply using your restrooms as permitted .

Clean, friendly, Starbucks. You get what you expect from a Starbucks. There was quite a bit of extra supplies that were stored on the counters. The coffee is fine, it's Starbucks, so you aren't expecting life-changing coffee, but it checks the boxes. The staff were all very friendly and quick.
