Went through at 5:20am, zero customers, the lady on the intercom asked us questions then cut us off as we're in the middle of responding. My mocha taste like crap and isn't even full, as the Pic shows. No stoppers for hot coffee. The lady handed us coffee through the window spilling the coffee on my BF's hand, then again, cut us off while we were speaking directly to her, shut the window and walked away. Good morning!!

Wonderful!!!! Come in and I was greeted with a huge smile!!!! Woooo, how cute!!!! I do not doubt that it is one of the best CAFE SALE LOCALS in the area.

During a recent power outage, this location was slammed with customers. Something magical was going on in the inside with all of the staff. Everyone was friendly, personal, and very service oriented. I want to especially call out Zenna. If this is the new business model for Starbucks, they will succeed!!

Usually pretty impressed with this location, I love how queer friendly it is! But was quite disappointed today. I ordered a Bacon, Gouda, and Egg sandwich as a breakfast and it came to me quite cold. Not “just taken out of the fridge” level cold, but the cheese wasn’t melted and the bacon felt like it hadn’t been cooked for long enough, if it had been cooked at all. Even the eggs were cold and kind of soggy. I didn’t have the time to turn around and go back, but I’d just stress checking more that hot food comes out actually hot
