I have been avoiding this review for some time and keep giving this location a chance, and they literally never get my order right. Starbucks is supposed to be known for its consistency and ability to modify - this location can do neither. Today they made my drink hot instead of iced, no biggie, I even offered to drink it. The (I’m guessing) manager stopped them from handing it to me and had them remake it. When I got the remake it was wrong. I parked my car and went in to fix it, something I never do. I was given an extra shot instead of a remake so my iced latte was now luke warm and watered down. I appreciate the fuel that helped me but she seemed nervous to help. For the love, please retrain your staff. I bet most of us would rather wait an extra minute for the right thing than be rushed off with the wrong thing that we paid for. I’m in the food & beverage industry and I hate writing these reviews but this location needs serious help.
Well, we had to stop coming here. They've made our orders wrong or poorly so consistently over the last two years that it's just not worth it. We like Starbucks in general but there's something systemically wrong with this one. Bad management I would guess.

This Starbucks has to be a super-classic example of the loss of the glory days of Starbucks. If your inside, 50%+ chance of getting your order wrong or losing it completely. And plan to wait 20 mins while the drive thru is prioritized. :(

Lady puts her hand in the way of the tip button, so that I would tip more than two dollars. Then proceeds to leave as I see my drinks sitting there. I honk and call out multiple times and no one answers when she’s in clear earshot.

Super slow on a Saturday morning. Almost 20 minutes to get my order when going inside. It seems like they should cut off online orders if they can't handle the rush.

I'm so disappointed in my experience at this particular Starbucks this morning (11/14/24). I ordred ahead for drive-thru pickup and when I got to the actual location, the female employee (I think she said her name was Skyler) barked her name at me and asked for my name. I gave my name and said I had a mobile order and her response was, "pull around." Once I got to the window, the male employee was very pleasant but the not-so-nice employee was right behind him and said something to him which led him to tell me to pull around and to the left and wait for my order. I did as was asked but the issue was where they asked me to park and wait is the thoroughfare for other drive thru customers not wanting to turn out onto Youngfield St. So, I had to pull around to the front of the store, blocking other patrons as there were no spaces and wait. I waited until I could get a parking spot, parked and started to walk into the store when I was greeted by another employee who had my drink. The whole experience was just frustrating. Why would I need to pull around? It wasn't a complicated drink (americano with half and half) and it had been ordered 10 minutes before I even got to the window. Why have me move, block other cars, etc. Not to mention the rudeness of your employee who made initial contact with me. Not a great way to start anyone's day.

There's a horrible older lady here that works the drive thru on Sunday mornings. Every time I encounter her, she just not pleasant. My experience with her on 11/10/24 was over the top and she us just difficult to deal with. Not worth typing the details because I already called the manager within minutes of engaging with the rude unpleasant customer service. I don't think I've ever had such a bad experience in all my years of frequenting this store. She needs retraining

This location consistently makes drinks incorrectly. I'm not the type to customize or complain often, so it's not that. Since I've had issues here before, I tasted my drink before driving away today, and it seemed like just plain hot oat milk. I didn't taste any espresso or even the syrup of the pecan oatmilk latte. I told them it tasted like plain oat milk, and they all acted like it couldn't possibly be wrong and no one knew what to do. They added something to it (the syrup probably), and it was better but still not quite the same as I get at other locations. I recommend going out of your way to visit other Starbucks where they actually make good drinks.

This location seems to prioritize drive thru. I stood at the register for 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me. One latte took 17 mins.
