Kat, didn’t see the last part of her name, but I’ve been there multiple times every time I’ve seen her honestly leaves a bad taste in my mouth she’s mean and rude, just her being there makes me want to avoid the store cause of her attitude.

Went through drive thru. Order was spot on. Fast and friendly service. Tasty food and drinks.
Supposedly this location opens at 4:30am. I go to work very early and this would be very convenient, however this is the 3rd time in have gone through the drive through at 4:55am and nobody responds. I wait a couple minutes, ask for someone after little while, nothing! The lights are on, cars are in the parking lot, just no staff to be found anywhere. Don't waste your time going to this location early!

I'm not one to complain but. I did a Doordash order in the morning and some items were missed. I know that is not Starbucks and that isn't my complaint. I had to go through and do another Doordash order, when I finally got my drink it was terrible. It barely tasted like anything. And I usually get good drinks from here! I tried to call to see if I could just get another coffee and was immediately cut off on the phone and told they don't deal with doordash orders. So I wasted time and money. Very frustrating.

Thank you for always helping me when I need it! I live in Wisconsin and my long distance girlfriend lives there in Denver. This Starbucks goes out of their way to write messages to my gf on the cup for her. Thank you for all you do!

Unfortunately had a horrible customer experience in the drive thru this morning. Very rude and very passive aggressive. I hate leaving reviews like this but when you’re kind you expect kindness back. Bummer, we just moved to denver and this location is by our office, definitely wont be coming back.
