I came here / am here for the first time today, am new to the neighborhood. Came during major rush hour. I have never witnessed such a fast Starbucks team that kept calm and still answered people’s wait time questions and even offered a refund to one for the wait being too long. So impressed. Good job you guys!

Stoped here one a road trip west. Crew was super friendly and excited tasks well. We ordered some hot waters and an Oleato. It was one of the best drinks I have ever had from a Starbucks. I’m 45 and this is the top 3 coffee I have ever had. Thank you guys.

Rachel was working the drive through window and when she handed me my drink I noticed it was wrong. She argued with me on how my drink was made. I said ok and drove away. After getting down the street I decided to go back for what I paid for. She was rude and handed me my drink right then is when I realized the drink she gave me wasn’t even mine. Instead of owning her mistake she makes the customer feel like they are in the wrong.

Starbucks around Lakewood and the front range has started to ask for your name in the drive thru.This is an asinine prospect and should be a question.It’s a drive thru. I am not looking for customer connection. I am looking for efficiency.The employees here in the evening were extremely rude when I politely refused to give my name.I’m in the drive thru, I do not want to give my name. I want to get my latte and get on my way.Please stop this practice.I was a partner with Starbucks for over ten years (from 07-17) I know a few of things about legendary customer service and the third place ideals Starbucks strives for. In cafe it makes sense in a drive thru it absolutely does not.This does not reflect on anyone else in my household. These opinions are mine and mine alone.

Highly recommend. Every time I go to this location the staff is so welcoming. Top notch customer service, and a big thank you to Jasmine who helped me via drive through at 6am the day of a medical procedure I was on my way to. She didn’t know, but her kindness made my entire morning.

Ordered delivery from this location and they managed to completely screw up a simple size selection. I selected the "Trenta" pumpkin spice cold brew, got whatever their small is. Starbucks is annoying with rebranding "small," "medium" and "large" into pretentious-sounding options that obfuscate their relative sizes, so maybe I just got someone who doesn't know their proprietary garbage size names either that prepared my drink. Unlikely to ever order from this location again.I don't need a lot of customized options for my drink, I just need the people making it to be trained well enough to read the size information on their own labels. The drink tasted fine, it's just a service and training issue that needs to be addressed.

It was great! A very welcoming environment. Very comfortable lounge chairs, I had a frozen fruit drink and mini scones. It was a great atmosphere to meet up with my friend and catch up! Service was spot on.

Day Mast

My experiences at Starbucks have been mixed. The coffee is consistent, but the atmosphere varies. Some employees come off as a bit snobby, which isn't welcoming. Additionally, the drive-thru lines are often ridiculously long, causing delays. While the coffee's quality keeps me coming back, I hope for friendlier service and quicker drive-thru times.
