Absolutely terrible service. Completely rude. "Uh we are closed" I'm sorry it's 11am and there's 5 of you back there. Save your money for the sbux outside of the store.

Ordered delivery from this location and they managed to completely screw up a simple size selection. I selected the "Trenta" pumpkin spice cold brew, got whatever their small is. Starbucks is annoying with rebranding "small," "medium" and "large" into pretentious-sounding options that obfuscate their relative sizes, so maybe I just got someone who doesn't know their proprietary garbage size names either that prepared my drink. Unlikely to ever order from this location again.I don't need a lot of customized options for my drink, I just need the people making it to be trained well enough to read the size information on their own labels. The drink tasted fine, it's just a service and training issue that needs to be addressed.

The staff here is very friendly but they can be quite slow at times. I've put mobile orders in here countless times and they are never ready in the estimated time frame, even if I am picking it up at 6am and no one else is there. Otherwise, this location is clean and a great location to work at.

Starbucks pastries are dry, average. King soopees does better.. And the egg white red bellpepper has changed. It's nothing like it used to be-That's corporate stuff. But 3 stars for the managers taste in music. We are outside sitting by a SIX LANE highway that god awful loud noise and then, add shitty , wrong music for 8:30 am and it's a colossal noisy sushi on pizza migraine waiting to happen. People aren't eating to get their "groove on" background music would be just fine.

Always love this store! Great, hardworking baristas, great drinks, lovely new remodel inside the store. Very cozy. The patio seating looks awesome as well. Home away from home to work, read, hang with friends. I love our applewood Starbucks! Always remember to have grace on our baristas, its a learning game with many drinks to memorize. They're trying their best & kindness can go along way while working in the food/retail biz. Peak hours are 7am-9am but man this store is speedy and efficient! If ive ever had the wrong drink made for me by mistake, they're always so kind to help fix it. Always making the moment right.

The place is BUSY! 9am and the drive thru line is long. There's actually a Starbucks employee standing outside to help expedite orders. We went inside - clean inside. Clean bathrooms. Prompt service. Lots of great seating inside and out.

This Starbucks was the quickest Starbz I have ever been, too, and I have been to so so many. My mobile order was complete in less than 3 minutes for five items! On top of that, it was extremely new and the staff was excellent.

We moved about a year ago to this, neighborhood, and this Starbucks became my home away from home. Love everything about this location. It's perfect, not crowded fun to meet with friends and family. Very calming for studying. Spacious and lots of natural light. Clean. The best staff I have encountered in a while. Every one is friendly and kind. Every regular is known by first name, energetic and happy to see you.

Catarina was so rude to our family. This is our neighborhood Starbucks and to come first thing in the morning and spend $25 on breakfast and drinks to be treated poorly is very sad. All things were kind and peppy ordering with Randall, but getting to the window to pay and get our things Catarina was so annoyed at my simple requests and moving very hurried. I asked to make sure the blueberry oatmeal was on my order because it just showed as “classic” and in reaching my phone out I said “can I please use my stars” (on my app) to which she hurriedly peeped her scanner and (no apology) and very confrontationally said “You would have needed to say that before paying.” It was so rude her ton and just surprising to be treated this way. I’ve used stars many times and people always listen to you as you’re talking and hit their button to use stars. If she would have just said “oh so sorry I was too quick and didn’t hear you” it would have been no biggie. But to be SO rude and make it my fault was wild. She should not be in customer service and doesn’t care about your experience. Go to Ziggy’s coffee .2 up Youngfield- they have great customer interactions!

Ordered a blended coffee and after leaving and it bouncing in the car all the cream was sitting on top of the coffee worst blended coffee I've ever had! Will not be going back to this location!

Very busy, and very slow. Also, due to current interstate construction, getting here from the interstate is going to waste five extra minutes of your time, so better off going to a different exit given they're all over the place.One other problem is that sometimes the drive-thru line can end up partially blocking the parking lot entry/exit.
