I probably will never come back to this subway. Your sub artist with the pink hair or red or whatever is probably the lasiest work I have ever seen at any subway. And does not have very well customer service. If you come with coupons he will have the biggest attitude. We took our coupons and walked away. By far the worst subway in town I would rather go to one off Colfax. Than ever come to this one again. Get better workers.

Went in for 3 foot longs. Pink haired employee asked if they were gonna be all different. When I responded yes they answered “Ugh…I figured”. Acted as though I was an inconvenience. Also, each sandwich wasn’t fully wrapped so the ends were showing and not one was written on to tell what was what. Very very poor customer service.

Haven’t had subway in a while so decided to stop in and grab a sandwich. Husband and I were behind 5 people when we came in, waited patiently till right before it was our turn and the employee turns and tells us “ I’m going to need yous to wait. I have a big door dash order I need to do before you” so this man took the 3 ppl ahead of us then when it came to us now u have to do a huge door dash order instead of getting the only 2 customers left out the way. Plus this man (had pink hair) did not change his gloves once since we were there. Handled the register, touch cards, cash everything and continued on with making the sandwiches. Employee needs a review on health and safety and how to handle food safely. Safe to say I won’t be back.

Every time I ask for extra black olives they give me six-ten, if its that’s serious just charge extra for olives???? Was also told if they put too much it would be taken out of the employee’s check to order more and to do more than 12, very ridiculous

The manager needs help with customer service skills. She rarely says hello. When ordering she doesn't ask what I'd like, waits for me to say something with no eye contact. When I have asked for extra veggies, she seems irritated even her actions. She seems always mad or irritated. Seen other customer's upset with her. She has raised her voice at me when I was explaining what I want. I've ignored her behavior too long. Something needs to be done !
The lady was very very rude and charged me extra for cheese that was supposed to be on the sandwich anyways; when I tried to tell her about the mistake, she just scoffed and rolled her eyes but disregarded my words. While I understand that everyone has a bad day it isn't okay to overcharge a customer for that

My meat and veggies were frozen. The little girl working today hardly put any sauce in it. All of the veggies were frozen. Don't eat here

Asked for extra olives and the guy put hardly any on my sandwich. I was literally getting three veggies on there and the guy told me he's been written up twice for putting too many olives on there. He didn't even say I can put some more but I have to charge extra he just refused to do it. Terrible policy from this manager and I know for a fact the Subway down 38th owned by the same owners doesn't hassle people over a few olives.
