This Subway has the slowest, rudest, and most passive-aggressive employees I've ever encountered. On top of that, the food is genuinely awful. Do yourself a favor and head to Jersey Mike's instead.

My food was really good but my reasoning for the negative review is how understaffed this place always is. They only ever seem to have 1 person working and i always feel bad for the employee because they’re trying to balance online orders and walk in orders. I worked for one of subways competitors for a while and nobody would ever be scheduled alone, for any reason. Why can’t the owner or any higher management work some hours?

The cleanliness and outside of the subway is very well taken care of and clean. The reason I am giving this 1 star is I ordered a tuna sandwich on flatbread and asked the employee to toast my flatbread with just the cheese on 05/05/2024. The employee told me that he was not allowed to toast the flatbread sandwich in their toasters. He was unable to tell me when this policy changed but advised me that it was a corporate policy, that he did not make the rules and that if he toasted my bread that his manager would crucify him. I have literally never heard of this and truly believe this policy does not exist. Why would you be able to toast all other sandwiches, breads and wraps but not able to toast ONLY the flatbread. Super frustrating to say the least and ended up going home, took all of my ingredients off and toasted my own flatbread. I won't be returning to this specific location if this is truly a policy.

While my food is halfway decent my service here was deplorable and unacceptable. Veronica is rude , didn’t seem to have any patience for the customers.I visited on 4/4/24 at 12:10 pmI ordered 2 footlong outlaws and the lady helping was very loud and rude and raised her voice at me when saying she couldn’t offer me any more toppings on these other than what it was made with. I was wanting onion , jalapeño, and pickles .added to them after being toasted. Definitely not worth the price considering there is more bread than anything else.I also ordered a footlong meatball without any sort of toppings and not to mention the meatballs and sauce are cold.While I would give the food another chance , I don’t think I could give this location another chance based upon how I was treated, and the quality for the price I paid.

Placed a mobile order for pick up twice now and both times my order has been meat and lettuce with none of the other toppings I asked for. Do better with your attention to detail. Your customers will appreciate when their orders are done correctly.

I always get good food at Subway. This location has been here a while. The food is good and the staff is friendly and professional. It is easy to get to by car or bus, near route 38 in wheatridge.
