To is low not services
This place says closes at 10:30pm I came in 01/06/2025 at 9:45 whoever was working clearly was trying to close super early she only had 2 pieces of bread everything was stacked and ready to close and barley any options so she’s clearly trying to just get a quick easy paycheck without working someone needs to investigate this woman and fire her

We came in for lunch and the employee Auriel asked if my dog was a service animal to which we replied yes, she rolled her eyes and said whatever and just had a generally nasty attitude. Won’t be dining there again.

Just got food, w employees at this location judged my friend for their sandwich. A larger White blonde woman and a shorter dark haired lady, neither had a name tag so I'm unsure of their names. I'm not usually the person to leave reviews but my friend ordered a sandwich and said she didn't want it toasted and when she said that they jsut stared at her, and asked in a rude tone "You know it will be cold if you don't toast it." And she confirmed she didn't want it toasted they gave a small shake of their heads before finishing making the sandwich. I jsut think it was very rude of them to do such a thing, they don't need to be rude because someone's preference.

Came in at about 7:15ish, first off shout out to the new kid working the sub line, it was his 2nd day and they left him out there alone with a busy line and he still pulled thru, the lady I asked about having Apple Pay disappeared into the back as soon as the line got long(eventually took her break when we walked out) she did help cut some more fresh American cheese but that’s all she did. Didn’t help the struggling young man. The sandwich this guy mastercrafted was just immaculate, I haven’t had so crispy toasted to perfection subway sandwich in years. Best sandwich I’ve had in a while. And props to the new guy doing a great job with no help

I come 30 minutes before to close and don't want to give me service, I drove 20 minutes for nothing. Respect your work hours. I don't waste my money on subway anymore.

I came in 20 minutes before closing for 4 foot long sandwiches. I understood it was getting close to closing and was trying my best to make my order easy and quick. I made it very clear what I wanted for bread and meat and toasted or not toasted. when the guy behind the counter misheard me he completely blamed me and told me I said tuna and not turkey for one of my sandwiches. He was so irritated with me. I profusely apologized and he abruptly asks “well do you want it or not I’m not gonna eat it !” I apologized again and said I’m so so sorry no I didn’t ask for that I don’t want it, where he then yelled across the store to a buddy in the corner if he wanted it. His buddy says one man’s trash is another man’s treasure and I just laugh it off with an extremely red face and tears in my eyes where still I had to complete my order for each sandwich. My daughter was with me, she asked why I apologized for him not hearing me right. I completed my order pretty stunned that I was treated so harshly for his mistake. I know I said the right thing, my daughter is 11 she’s very aware and knows what I said. I’m humiliated. I was treated terribly for absolutely no reason even after apologizing so much for something I didn’t even do. I don’t plan on going to this location anymore. Their service is bad no matter who’s there but this was inexcusable and crossing the line. Please hire people that can give even mediocre service at this point I’m letting everyone know not to go here.

Brown haired lady on the sandwich line during the night shift needs fired. She has ZERO customer service. She was completely rude the second we walked into this store. She purposely gave my boyfriend all the bad tomatoes and when asked to replace them with better ones she literally threw them to the side and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by wanting fresh produce.It just baffles me that she is willing to treat customers like that for no reason. She also is not very good about changing the produce out ..... multiple bins almost empty or left with browned veggies.....Very disappointed. Do better!!!!

Terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I just left the establishment and we were both flabbergasted at the lack of respect from a lady employee that was working the night shift. I wasn’t able to identify her with her name tag, but she has some sort of injury on her face. We paid for our food and since a receipt did not print she assumed the card did not process. We then proceed to show her that the transaction went through on the mobile bank app and she gave us a lot of attitude. She then proceeded to call her manager and then shoved the breads in front of the counter for us to take in a very disrespectful way. I was in disbelief and very enraged with how she treated us. Yet, we both left and didn’t mention anything to her but I am hoping this review is at least mentioned to her by her employer.

On valentine day went here to & ordered 4 footlongs. The girls was very rude because all subways were different & we wanted meats heated but subways NOT broiled. Stingy on meats & veggies.
