Terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I just left the establishment and we were both flabbergasted at the lack of respect from a lady employee that was working the night shift. I wasn’t able to identify her with her name tag, but she has some sort of injury on her face. We paid for our food and since a receipt did not print she assumed the card did not process. We then proceed to show her that the transaction went through on the mobile bank app and she gave us a lot of attitude. She then proceeded to call her manager and then shoved the breads in front of the counter for us to take in a very disrespectful way. I was in disbelief and very enraged with how she treated us. Yet, we both left and didn’t mention anything to her but I am hoping this review is at least mentioned to her by her employer.

I showed up 20 minutes before closing and the lady that took me and my partners order seemed very annoyed, I get it and your in the middle of cleaning everything I didn’t catch this in the moment or even at all last night but I don’t think she took her gloves off/ switched her gloves after cleaning and preparing our sandwiches and now I have really bad food poisoning and my partner also has it but not as bad :( we left her a really big tip too for being those people who come in super lateIt was the only thing we ate yesterday

Got all the way home and checked my mobile order and was given the wrong item. Tried to call the store and tell them and no answer.

Sandwiches are fine, but if you expect this place to stay open until their posted closing time, good luck. Both times I ordered sandwiches, I picked them up around 9pm, and had to be let in by employees stacking chairs on tables.

ATROCIOUS service. The young man, Gavin, was extremely slow and didn't speak one word to me. He just looked at me, which I guess was his "prompt" for me to tell him what I wanted on my sandwich. No hello, no "what would you like?", nothing. Embarrassing. He seemed to be on a substance.

ordered 5 foot long sandwhiches and one 6 inch sandwhich and paid online at 9:20 pm. The store closes at 10. Our order was $64 and we tipped $20 cash when we got there. Went in and picked up our sandwhiches and once we got home saw this inappropriate note on our order. As someone who works as a server this is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. We will find another sandwhich shop that doesn’t send attacking messages with our order. If you cannot complete orders during operating hours maybe customer service is not your forte.
