It's been a while since I've been to a Subway and I was expecting the wraps to be on the large tortillas. They're on flatbread now. Not as good but still a healthy choice.

I called the supervisor and she was extremely rude as I called to let her know my sandwich had a ton of salt and wanted a refund, she would not hear me out and kept raising her voice will never order from here again

I was this location today around 11am. The male employee was incredibly rude and impatient. The female employee did an absolute amazing job on the other hand. But the guy ruined the atmosphere. After I had this experience I do not recommend this store.

Ordered a BLT and the bacon was cold. I thought it would be warmed before putting on the sandwich. I called store and she said it’s not warmed. I would like to suggest maybe warming the bacon as when I make a BLT at home my bacon is somewhat warm.

The lady who works morning is very rude I believe her name is Tammy. I work overnight for 12 hours I got off work and decided to stop for subway at 7:10am which they OPEN at 7am!!! When I walked in I felt body shamed she was rolling her eyes, and being completely rude!! If she doesn’t like customers going so early maybe they need to open later or she needs to change her schedule & also shouldn’t be so rude some people do work overnights!
