Stopped by because I was in need of a restroom break, but the workers were so nice I promised to grab a drink and a Mexican pizza with extra beef. Drizzled some mild sauce on that thang and was absolutely in heaven. Shout out to the cashier for being friendly and patient with me and his twin brother made the food perfect.

I had to come back for a replacement when food was unsatisfactory. Sergio the manager went above and beyond to replace my crunchwrap without hesitation. He was nice , understanding and polite. This Taco Bell is a great location for good food and Management.

The staff do not listen to the orders customer speak. They got my order wrong TWICE. Tried to put the blame on my wife and myself. Left the food and walked out. Needless to say but, I will say it anyway. I will never be back. I'm out $19.42 I am hoping this post will keep others from going there.

Today we went to Taco Bell located near i-70 and Kipling. The store number is Taco Bell 033863. They did not get our order right. When I ordered three regular crunchy tacos and three crunchy supreme tacos we ended up getting three soft regular tacos and I complained. I said no. I wanted three crunchy tacos they turn around gave us three soft supreme tacos and three supreme crunchy tacos. When I told him you got the order wrong again they said no. That is what you ordered. That is not what I ordered. That is not what I said. We would like a refund for the $19.42 that we spent on food we didn't get to eat.

Incredibly unfriendly staff. Try to joke around with them and I was treated so rude I don't even want to ever come back to a Taco Bell whatever happened to the customer always being right, and in this case all the customer wanted was a smile. Unfortunate at Taco Bell must be such a horrible place to work that you have to be so ugly towards your clientele. Bummer.

Just left this location. Haven't been in a while becasue it was either closed and food/service was bad. Tonight i was lazy and its close to my house. I have to say these are some of the best looking and tasting tacos ive had from taco bell in a long time. Excellent service
this Taco Bell used to be real crazy. never enough staff, closed during business hours, undesirable parking lot. BUT!!! recently they started operating under new management and it's a completely different place. the parking lot is clean, the drive thru is always friendly and fast. the store is clean, fully staffed and open during normal hours. there are three taco bells an equal distance from my home, but this is the one I choose every time. always a pleasant experience. I'm very impressed with the improvements. now, gimme a #3.

Went to the drive thru to pick up my order, I paid for a lot of items only received half the them. Didn't find out until I was already home. I called to speak to a manager and they said call tomorrow because they are busy. I asked for the general managers contact info and they hung up on me. I would recommend this restaurant if you are desperate for an over priced hard as a rock tortillas with a pinch of cheese, but only part of what you order. This is no way to run a business. I will continue to leave bad reviews on every platform available until some cares to take my call.

They close early, leave people in drive thur,other then that,orders are always correct and employees on days are fast and polite, night shift different story,says open late I believe 1am or 2am I've tried 4 times in the last 8 months and its always a line of cars in drive thur then s1 comes on speaker and states they closed 2 to 3 hours early. But hey ur store is losing sales I fo elsewhere and after last vist at 1245 am on a sat,7 cars waiting just to be told they closed early. Rude as well

Why does every TB forget something?? Is that on purpose to piss your customers off, or to get customers to return annoyed?? Just curious… I literally live an hour away and was furious but calm when I realized that. My fault for not checking, their fault for not following basic instructions.
