Food was all premade and put in a bowl. The white chicken is premade and/or packaged, not made to order. The sweet potatoes are boiled without flavor, onions are precut with not flavor. I was expecting grilled onions with a grilled flavor and season, mushrooms are raw also without flavor. Disappointed!
Tokyo Joe's is the best quick stop for delicious healthy food. In fact, there is NO selection they serve that is not mouth-watering and cravable. Lately, my crave has been one of their sushi sides that I dream about...Not telling, you'll just need to go there and try each one to find your fave crave! They also have no problem with reasonable substitution requests. The owner is a sweet down-to-earth guy with a brilliant mind for feeding the masses amazing food. My only gripe is Tokyo Joe's isnt all over the USA.

Don't bother going to this place. I placed possibly the simplist order you can imagine and somehow they managed to erase the entire order from their "screens". The so called experienced order taker blamed the whole thing on the new girl in training. What, no quality check of a customers order? This was to be my evening dinner and they completely wasted my time. Time to boycott this incompetent establishment.

Ordered 4 meals that were suppose to come with Teriyaki sauce. All 4 looked like they had a tablespoon of Teriyaki sauce, meaning they were all dry. We asked for 2 more immediately they gave us 2. They were still dry needed 2 more thats when my 15 year old daughter got attitude and was told that we had to pay for them. If I ordered these same dishes online they would have came with 6 Teriyaki sauces. Why am I having to pay more for something that my meal should have came with to begin with

The quality of Tokyo Joes has gone down the drain! It was one of my favorite places to eat. Now the chicken is like rubber and even the Sriracha sauce is cheap garbage. I guess the owners don't understand by cutting corners on their ingredients they are losing out on many more customers. I mentioned it to the manager and he didn't care in the slightest.
