Please Seal your smoothies when ordered through Uber eats. This is the second time it’s happened to me.

Ordered 4 smoothies 2 out of 4 were horrible asked for refund as they were not edible and no one was able to assist. $32 down the drain won't be coming back to this location.

Walked in for a smoothie and ended up walking out without ordering anything. The staff didn’t greet us (despite being the only customer in there) and I felt like I was interrupting them. I said hello and asked a couple questions and the staff were just really sloppy- like they woke up from a nap. Then I realized that the cashier lacked basic hygiene. I’m not comfortable having my food prepared by someone who’s not bathed/ clean themselves. I’ll go somewhere else, thanks.

First time I've ever been there. I told the guy at the counter first time I've ever been here can you help me order something feeling a little exhausted under the weather wanted to get a boost he couldn't help me. All he said is you can order anything up there and add anything up there Well if I knew what to order I wouldn't have asked him and I said it so you can't suggest anything you don't have any favorites know you can order anything you want up there. There were people behind me I was rushed to order so I just got a strawberry banana and that was a disappointment because the bananas taste really old and yucky in it I paid over $7 for a drink that I thought was going to make me feel better instead only made my stomach upset from the bad bananas that are in it so I do not recommend this place if there's another one that knows their product and willing to sell it to you or help you order something then don't go there

Love this location but the manager needs to hire another person. Just left because of a long wait, 1 person working during dinner hours.

I bought a smoothie and it tasted like old fruit. Kinda disappointing, especially since the drinks aren’t exactly cheap

I loved coming here when the employees actually cared. I did a phone order last week and I walked in and two employees in the back were in the very back on their phones. One turned his head and saw me but did nothing. I was in a rush, ( hence why I did phone order) and they didn't bother addressing me. I walked out and most likely will never go back again. They must care more about their facebook than their job.

We just stood at the counter for 15 minutes while home boy sat watching us munching his lunch and gone girl behind the counter didn't even acknowledge our presence while she made food. Never coming back.

Not was I was expecting. Didn’t have the option of a smaller drink. I got the tropical something. I didn’t like it at all. Just thought it would be a more organic place. I wouldn’t come back.

Excellent friendly service, great prices. Very clean place. Awesome bubbly atmosphere and of course delicious smoothies. Thank you Tropical Smoothie cafe. We’ll be back.
