I give this location a five star rating for their customer service and food, however there was a male sitting at the table watching my children and I eat and waited until we were done eating to leave.. I thought it was odd but the restaurant itself I think is great

I ordered the ultimate skillet. The potatoes were cold, the shredded cheese was cold, the eggs were runny. Found hair on my toast. The waiter told the general manager who didnt even take the time to talk to me and my family. Worse experience ever.

If I could've I would give 0 stars. This is the worst resteraunt I've ever eaten at. Well didn't eat at. Was giving this spot a 2nd chance after the last meal, which was atrocious. The place only had a couple tables taken and wasn't busy. I received my French toast but no syrup. Waited patiently as manager after manager walked by, one even smiled. After 10 minutes of staring at my much anticipated breakfast, I am finally noticed by my server. Well by this time the fat has congealed on my bacon and the toast is cold. I left. I will never eat here again

Worse service ever. They never came to my table to ask me if I needed anything. They were just smoking outside and eating watching tv. I had to get up to go pay because nobody was coming to take my card. I understand it’s a cheap place but at least a minimum of interest in the customers is expected.

Hello, this is a bit of a story but it's a great example of what's right. I've been to this establishment 4 times. The 1st time all was fabulous. Each subsequent time, things didn't turn out so well. Long story short, Jackie Medina was exceptional. She handled me when I was being grouchy old man being more than a bit out of line. And blew me away when I received what was promised plus today in the mail. Excellent work.

It was good but took a long time to get food out from the kitchen and then the order was wrong, asked for no tomato and no onion on the Turkey avocado sandwich and got both on it, bacon was way over cooked, well burnt to be exact. I will say that on most visits to village inn I am pleased, however this time was disappointing to say the least. Either way 3 stars because the staff was not rude and nothing terrible happened other than the food.
