The staff at this Wendy's is the absolute best! Always friendly and helpful. They gave us free frosties on one visit. Another time someone remade my salad when I forgot to ask for no blue cheese. The restaurant is always clean, the food fresh and tasty. Pay them a visit, you won't regret it.

I went thru the drive thru at 3:15pm Oct 31 2025, I ordered a combo 9, the 4 piece chicken tender, what I got was a kids meal, I didn't have to time to go back because I was head to work. The manger that worked the window I think his name is John, always seems to be rushed when he works that window, I'm upset because I paid almost $13.00 for a number 9 and got a kids meal, chicken nuggets fries and a hamburger, either he needs to pay better attention, of get a new job!

First Wendy's that charges me for dipping sauce but it's okay because the only Wendy's in a while that actually serves fresh food, all other ones I been to give you food that seems like has been sitting for a while. My burger was fresh and hot!

I love going to this Wendys on 6th and Speer blvd. I usually go in the morning because Wendy's breakfast has become my go to spot for a great breakfast. The value meals are priced at a very good price and the food is always served fast and hot. One of the workers in the morning is really helpful and always nice.

My order is wrong literally every time I come to this location. They have forgotten food in my bag more than one time and just today, I was given a single instead of the double I ordered. I get that it happens once in a while, but every time is frustrating. Do better on your order QC. Too expensive to continue coming here for the issues present

Lol, this silly Wendy's that I keep returning to. Stale English muffin soaked in butter, though they always put a lot of bacon, and the egg is amazing, But for 9:00 in the morning should taste fresh and not hours old.
More often than not, crappily prepared food.
Sad face. Breakfast that creates irritation.

I can't really say the service was bad we really didn't have to interact with anybody to really say if it was good or bad I do miss human interaction but at the same time I see why companies are going as little human interaction as possible now the amophere don't get me wrong looks great I love the face lift but it was my self my wife my 3 year old both my parents and my brother and we all couldn't even sit at the same table my parents had to sit on a two person seating and the rest of us on a very cramped booth

Update yes still worse service. They must get a kick out of closing when people are in drive through waiting for 15 mins. Other locations and other restaurants at least have the decency to tell you they are closed. The food is always raw here anyways so I'm definitely done with this Wendy's

We stopped by this Wendy's late on a Saturday evening and were genuinely impressed. The restaurant was spotless — easily one of the cleanest and most well-kept Wendy's locations we've seen anywhere in the country. You can tell that the manager, David, truly takes pride in his work, which is refreshing to see, especially on a weekend night shift.

The food was just as impressive. The lettuce was crisp and fresh (not the wilted kind you often expect at fast food spots), and the fries were hot and clearly just made. It’s rare to see this level of care and consistency in a fast food setting, but it’s clear that the entire team here takes pride in what they do.

If every Wendy's location operated like this one, the brand would be in a league of its own. Major kudos to David and his team — we’ll definitely be back.
