Ordered food online.. When i arrived they seemed to have no clue... Then suddenly found my order after having to show proof of purchase. Then said food was cooking and asked me to wait in lobby for 5 mins.. 40 mims later im still standing here.. No apology no explanation.. I Guess Papa Johns shoulda been the way to go.. ?

I ordered 18 medium traditional and 12 naked wing, I got 16 med/ 11 naked. Said ready in 15 was ready in 35 minutes, we'd is no longer 1/2 price wings . I will never go there again, I have been a loyal customer for around 10 years, that's over. $32 for order with small wings, use to be larger wings and1/2 off wed, smaller wings and messed up both orders, and price for that is not worth it

I love pizza huts pan pizza .I moved to this area a month ago so this was my first order with this one. Late Saturday night so I understand they get busy. I don't mind waiting over an hour for fresh food. The driver gets here, very apologetic and friendly so I gave him a good tip. Walked in to order a few wings and got nothing but sass from the nasty lady working here. I ask for 6 wings because that is an option on their menu and she tells me I can only order eight. When I pointed out the 6 option on the menu in front of her, she rolled her eyes and said, "do you want 8 or not". And it went downhill from there. I hope her manager reads this ... I don't care what job you are doing, do it well and be nice.
