The vibe in this restaurant is so cozy and nice. The food is so fresh and absolutely delicious. You can tell they put a lot of heart into their dishes. I have had an amazing meal consistently every time I’ve ordered take out or dined in. This place does not disappoint :)

Stopped here for lunch on the way back from taking pictures of the Keota Water Tower. Saw mention of it on the inter-tubes and it being a good spot. Well, I am here to say it is a GREAT spot! Not a fancy joint, but the service was fast and friendly. The prices were reasonable. Definitely a locals joint. But most importantly...the food was TERRIFIC!!!
Chips and salsa were good, seemed to be homemade chips and the salsa was perfect for my tastebuds.
I ordered the Chorizo Mi Ranchito Skillet. Oh my, it was very, very, very tasty! Came in its own cast iron pan - still cooking away! - and was cooked perfectly. It looks small, but it was a lot of poundage (so I had to take 1/2 home). If the other items on the menu are this good, wow, just wow.
I will definitely stop at Mi Ranchito next time I am making a run up/down the I76 corridor!

Great place get breakfast in the mornings before school. They have it out in like 10 minutes at most 15 on a slow morning. The lady is always nice and quick to the point and the food is amazing.

Mi primera vez probando la comida de Mi Ranchito y quedé facinada! El dueño me recomendó una torta que lleva chuleta, choriqueso, jamón, salchicha, avocatee, jalapeño y mayonesa. Estaba bien grande y tenía una buena porción de carne! Definitivamente yo los recomiendo y volverá a regresar pronto para probar el menú de desayuno! Vale la pena la manejada desde Aurora, Co!!!!

I cannot express how much I love this restaurant! I had the carne asada nachos and they were amazing! The chips were homemade, fried beans, carne Asada, sour cream, nacho cheese and a really amazing salsa!!! The server Noemi is such a sweet heart! My family had tortas and they could not get over how delicious they were!!! I can’t wait to go back next week and try their breakfast menu! I honestly wish I could try everything in one day!’
