Best service around and amazing food as always. There is a gentleman who works there (not sure if he is the manager) who remembered my name and special request from several weeks ago and had it ready before I could even ask. He deserves a raise

Normally have a relatively good experience here but things changed. I got two turkey sliders and potato cakes. Potato cakes were fine but they did not put any effort into making these enjoyable. The sliders usually are warm with melted cheese but they were ice cold and looks like I got the last portion if their turkey. Bread was stale at the bottom for both two. All I have is skin on this one. I normally dont leave reviews but I was left disappointed today. They’re wasn’t even a line

I guess they were out of Swiss cheese. Paid for extra on the Ruben got nothing and chicken bacon Swiss was also missing Swiss.

Went to Arbys in Windsor today. The crew there were very friendly. The food was fresh they had great music playing while we enjoyed out food!!

Ordered a double beef and cheddar meal and there is not a spec of cheddar on my sandwich... super upsetting when I get home to eat and my food isn't correct... wouldn't recommend going here...

The hardest pieces of meat! I thought it was a piece of plastic or a bone. But when I spit it out it was just this hard dark peice of old meat. I called back with my receipt number DT304. And all they offered was to give me another sandwich which after that, I probably would never eat another roast beef sandwich again from Arby’s. Their fries were great. The iced tea was perfect sandwich never again. I would recommend next time offering your customer a refund and beware if you guys want to eat a roast beef sandwich might be super hard where you think you’re eating a piece of plastic so beware!

I have already called this in to your location before I made this review and the girl who answered put me on hold, a guy comes on and says to come back in for a new sandwich and that the Manager is too Busy to talk right now. SAD. I am back at work from lunch and can not come back in today! I am too Grossed out to try to eat another Beef and Cheddar from ANY Arbys now!
I also already filled out the survey at the bottom of my receipt. Instead of trying to save face on these Google reviews, maybe you should just give me a refund on the sandwich, i ate the fries and Tea which were good, dont mind paying for that. Receipt Number once again is DT304. Once i get that refund i would be happy to erase the review other than that i would not eat a Beef anything from this location if any! This is bullcrap. 11-22-24 there's a bunch of teenagers that obviously don't care, food is trash and out of the 4 meals... none of them were correct. My son ordered a burger no cheese, there's cheese on it... I ordered roast beef and cheddar, no cheddar, wife got a honey mustard wrap, she got ranch and my daughters spicy chicken sandwich was just a chicken sandwich that's obviously 2 days old cuz the patty is rock hard. Shame on Arby's. Shame on these employees. Trash. All of it trash. $43 dollars in the trash bin, will NEVER visit another arbys again.

Friendly staff, wife's gyro wasn't to her taste but not this fault of the cooks, and of course the Beef and Cheddar was delicious. So glad that pototoe cakes are back. Good experience though wish Arby's would bring Pepsi products back also.
