Nice crew, but the place needed to be cleaned badly. We showed up before the lunch rush and it already looked like 5 lunch rushes had happened.

Very dirty place, bathroom was filthy. No toilet paper in either men's or women's bathroom. Sink hasn't been washed in months. There were no paper towels. Floor was disgusting, trash spilling out from the trash can outside. Sause station was almost empty except for ketchup. We were the only ones there. Food Didn't taste good, ordered a chicken wrap, and the tortilla tasted like a cardboard. It was awful. I wish I had never visited that place

I went here in November and still haven't been able to shake off how disgusting the restaurant is. It is filthy. The floors are sticky, the tables are dirty, the seats are dirty, the station to get ketchup, Arbys sauce etc was sticky, dirty, and all were empty except for a few drops of hot sauce and there were no little cups to fill, ugh, the fountain soda station was a mess! The food was awful and tasted old and cold and it really upsets me that we wasted our money there. Do not recommend.

I come in and order my good and ask for a side of peppercorn ranch did not know I was going to be charged for it onece I received my very cold food I noticed there was one drop of ranch I asked if I could get more and the woke kid with long hair that has pronouns said I needed to pay for another side of ranch but it seemed when the lady made my buff slider she was all out and proceeded to make my slider with out ranch how is this arbys still running do not go to this store worst experience in food I ever experienced

12/26/23 6pm. I’ve given this location 3 tries now. No more. Let me start by saying I worked at fast food restaurants as a teenager. Back then the pay was $3.25 an hour. I always showered before work and looked presentable. Even at that pay I always gave great customer service cause that was my job. I chose to work there. I ordered a # 2 with curly fries no drink. When I got to the window I realized I didn’t order the half pound sandwich. I had ordered the regular. When the employee and I use that term very lightly. He looked like he hadn’t showered or even washed his face in days, and need I even mention his sloppy greasy hair stuffed in the Arby’s cap. Anyway when that came to window I asked him if I could add a second sandwich to my order. Basically I asked him if I could give the establishment he worked at more money he threw a fit. Rolling his eyes looking at his similar look alike buddies that worked there and shrugging his shoulders. I then realized I didn’t want my sandwich defiled so I said never mind. I paid and left. I had also asked for Arby’s sauce and not to my surprise it was not in the bag. Never again. Do not waste your time at this location. Go to fuzzies across to the west instead. It’s amazing how much these places pay now days and still can not find good help.

I ordered through their app. When I got to the restaurant there was only one other customer but I still waited for 10 minutes (past my pick up time) and had to ask an employee behind the counter if my order was received. He said yes, then packed it and gave it to me. I would have let this slide… however when I got home I realized that they only gave me 3 of the 4 sandwiches I ordered and pre-payed for. I filed a complaint on the app, the manager called me the next day at work, I returned her call (left a message) and haven’t heard anything back. It’s been a week. Really poor customer service.

My French dip sandwich was lukewarm and the bread was dry. The turkey bacon sandwich was not cut in half. Probably won’t go back there any time soon.

Food: Is okay. Moz sticks need a little work (not real fresh/hot). Fries are fine, sandwiches are fine. I’m not sure what the Brisket is suppose to look like but 2 thin layers and bbq seems a bit light for the price.Service: Fine.Atmosphere: Chairs wobble, tables have napkins stuffed under legs to level, tables are dirty, the whole place feels dirty/unkept. Drive thru is on loud speaker. Staff is loud, singing, high school banter, etc. I’m laughing… it really seems they don’t know people are here.It’s been awhile since we’ve been here but it feels like it’s under new or complacent management. Tough to articulate. I’m sure we’ll swing by again and hopefully, by then, it’ll be cleaned up… or we’ll do drive thru.
