Burger Cake is a Must Order for all Occasions
We had great service this evening. The staff were patient with our toddler as she made her choices and they were one step ahead of us, anticipating our needs. A great team!
One of the freezers has been broken for (a few months?). Out of the featured flavor. Bathrooms are locked. Staff is bored, distracted, takes entirely too long to even get their attention. Poor experience. Will visit some other ice cream shop in town next time.
Will take my business elsewhere. They’ve had a broken freezer for months now and out of 1/3 of their flavors. I get a few weeks, but months?!? Lots of other good places to get ice cream in Windsor.
It appears that they went out of business. There is a realtors key lock on the door.
So here’s the cake I thought I was ordering vs. the cake we actually got for my daughter’s Sweet 16. 🎂✨
Expectation: a flawless chocolate cake topped with perfectly placed, colorful ice cream cookie sandwiches and picture-perfect swirls of frosting. Basically Instagram-worthy and fit for a birthday queen 👑.
Reality: a cake that looks like it barely survived the car ride over. The cookies are half falling over, the frosting looks rushed, and the “Happy Birthday” writing… let’s just say it had big last-minute homework energy. Not exactly the polished look the website promised.
For the price and hype, I was hoping for more sparkle and less struggle.
Our order was incorrect from Uber Eats and Kyson went above and beyond to help us get it corrected and squared away.
It's C tier ice cream. I mean there's probably several brands at the grocery store that are as good or better for a lot less money.
The ice cream is good here, just quite expensive for small amounts of ice cream
Staff is super friendly and always attentive and of course good ice cream

Pride comes before the fall. I just want to take my family for ice cream not be subject to a political statement on acceptance of perversion.
Yum yum yum! My kids and I absolutely love the ice cream here. My husband especially loves the chocolate dipped bananas. Staff is always so kind and attentive. A sweet girl named Ava helped us most recently and was so friendly! This spot has become a family favorite! 🍦😋🍌
They honor our coupon and staff was nice and patient, I need to request they have kids high chair please!!! It’s really uncomfortable to eat ice cream while my baby try’s stealing from mine and can’t buy her her own bc no high chairs! Thanks
We live in Fort Collins, Colorado, the 4th largest city in Colorado with a population of 140,000. We have no Baskin Robbins store. As a result of receiving a flier with a coupon we ordered an ice cream cake for Easter from our closest option in Windsor, CO, a 40 minute drive away each way.
Unfortunately that store would not honor their coupon! The cake was ordered online as directed by the website but there was no coupon code to use at check out. Our Baskin Robbins cake was stale, hard to eat, and a poor representation of Baskin Robbins products. We drove 40 minute to Windsor and another 40 minutes back to Fort Collins for a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Cake we could have easily purchased fresh at Cold Stone or Dairy Queen in Fort Collins. We went out of our way for Baskin Robbins and your store wouldn't even honor the coupon or offer a refund or exchange; a great Holiday disappointment.
Kyson was such a great help and displays extra great customer service for understanding (:
