Went tonight and all of the open lights were on, sign on door stated they close at 10pm as well online. Went inside and they said they were closed. It was 8:55pm.

The service was terrible. The staff locked the bathroom doors, and when they opened them for customers, they didn’t wash their hands before going back to scooping ice cream. They all seemed irritated and annoyed. The bathroom was disgusting — there was urine everywhere, and it was super dirty. On top of that, the tables weren’t cleaned, making the whole place feel unkempt. I paid $30 for four small ice cream cones, which felt overpriced given the poor experience and considering how much cheaper ice cream is in the store.

Management needs a heads up here. Extremely dirty bathroom, urine everywhere. You have to ask for the bathroom to be unlocked - with toddlers this is not good customer service at all. Service was poor, all staff seems annoyed and frustrated, no one washes their hands inbetween unlocking the bathroom door constantly and scooping ice cream. No water cups for customers either. Won’t be returning.

I left my cell phone on the counter, and the staff worked very hard to get it back to me. Special thanks to Luke, Kylie, and Allison for going above and beyond to help me out. I sincerely appreciate the great customer service. The ice cream was good too. :)
Please don’t promote your daily deals if you’re not gonna honor them. I went in today to buy a birthday cake, it’s Thursday which means it’s $5 off…I asked the teenager at the counter if he gave me the discount after he came back to pick it up and all he says is “uhhhh I don’t knowwww, I don’t know if it’s automatically deducted. Sorry” …really?? It’s not my job to remind you or the promotions you have going on. That really annoyed me, and if you don’t know then CHECK. He didn’t offer me $5 off my next visit or anything. Do better.

Happy 4th of July! I came in for a treat today and WOW, WHAT I SAW WAS SO MUCH MORE!!!! The National anthem was playing and the entire staff was standing with their hands over there heart and facing a beautiful hand made flag! I turned, faced the flag and sang proudly with them! Hats off to Baskin Robin - Windsor, CO, for honoring our country!
