I have a $100 dollar gift card. This restaurant has been closed every time we try and go. We love the food. Are you reopening? The web sight says open. Owner how can I cash this in?

Chef Eric and the house manager did an amazing job hosting my Dad's Surprise 80th birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant had the perfect party atmosphere with clean, new and colorful atmosphere. Chef worked with me to create a tasty menu/buffet for guests within our budget and everyone loved their drink options too. All the guests were super impressed with how tasty the food was and had a GREAT time. My Dad had a super memorable birthday and was so surprised! If you haven't checked out this local gem, give it a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed as they have a great variety of options and the staff were all very friendly and provided fantastic service!

I got the blue plate special and they let me substitute the Mardi Gras shrimp as my protien, and when I tell you this is THE best meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant, I mean that whole heartedly. There is nothing better than their Mardi Gras shrimp ????

This is probably the best restaurant in all of Windsor, CO. You can tell they’ve refined their food and their menu. Are their prices probably 20% too high? Yes, but they are also not getting the Fort Collins volume; thus, I would imagine they are doing what they need to survive. At the end of the day their gumbo, and corn bread are top notch and I highly recommend this place. I haven’t tried much else, but in my three visits they’ve been highly consistent.Inflation right!?

We decided to try Betta during a down time to see the food quality as opposed to when it's busy. I must say, I was happily surprised with how good everything was. Gumbo was delicious, etouffee was gorgeously cooked and seasoned perfectly and the shrimp and grits nailed every aspect of the meal. This location has really stepped up their game and we're all for it. Good job Betta, keep on truckin'.

I didn't know whether or not I was a fan of Cajun food. Now I know: I am. It was fun discovering wondrous new tastes and, yes, even textures. I'll be back soon, guaranteed.

This place slaps, like the dish, yo mama. Cheesy grits are out of bounds! I'm pretty sure Tiana herself is working in the kitchen. 9/10. Minus one because of high prices.

This place is expensive and it's a New Orleans themed restaurant but it closes at 9! That's New Orleans for kids I guess. I really wanna love this place but they make it really hard. They had live music there which helped but they're not doing that anymore. At least keep the bar open till 12, you'd make a lot more money. No one wants to start having fun at a place that closes at 9.

The service was top notch. Food was ok but terrible beer selection. All IPA’s on tap and a few bottle choices. Hurricanes were nothing close to a real Hurricane. Will give them another shot .

The food was incredible!!It is colorful and a big space ... it was a surprise! We ordered cheese curds as appetizers then a Seafood Gumbo bowl and pasta Nawlins. All were excellent!!I decided for 4 points because I didn't like the Hurricane/ Tropical Delights...taste so much Kool aid.

Expected a lot more after experiencing the original restaurant in Loveland. Right off the bat, no ice tea! A southern restaurant with no ice tea?? Ordered salad and—no blue cheese dressing. And then the gumbo, after living on the gulf coast for 5 years I know my gumbo, and this wasn’t it. It had no flavor. Oh, it was hot alright, but that is all I could say. Hot for the sake of being hot.

We were staying in Timnath for the night and decided to take a friend's recommendation on Betta Gumbo - they certainly did not disappoint. Gill (with a G) was absolutely amazing! She was attentive and provided phenomenal customer service; her drink and modified food recommendations were on point (Thank you).Green ?, Boozy Blueberry Moonshine, Bettamama, The Sampler and the Louisiana Catfish were deliciousoso. A must visit if you're in the little town of Windsor. Definitely coming back.

The hush puppies and fries were undercooked. They charge 5$ for your corn, potatoes, and sausage sides in the crayfish boil. The blackened catfish was done well. The atmosphere and architecture were excellent, as was the service.
