We were in town for a competition at the high school and I really wanted to try this place instead of eating a local restaurant. Loved the food and price for it. Restaurant is cute. I did notice that one table was told they could have free samples of whatever and another was told unlimited crackers/cookies. We were not told anything. Kinda disappointed.

I went in asking for a meal, with the lettuce on the bottom. The girl with brown hair in a pony tail began to snap at me telling me they don't have that anymore in a rude tone. She had terrible service and honestly made this experience terrible. She didn't give me any sides which the meal came with.

What a delicious find. Everything is fantastic. The Dixie Chick sandwich is so tasty. We both had the loaded potato soup is was hearty and filling. Such a great place. Please go and eat the happy.

Love Chicken Salad Chick! So glad Colorado has gotten more locations! I love the Olivia on a croissant and my husband loves the Buffalo Chicken one. I always have to get the grape salad....soooo yummy!!!! I highly recommend 😋
This location in Windsor prioritizes drive thru and walking orders over their online and third party ordering. I had an order to pick up at 1204 pm. I didn’t get it until 1213 after watching a few customers come in after me and order and get their food before me. I had one thing and the people after me had multiple sandwiches among other things. Also 5 cars in the drive thru after I arrived had been helped. Pretty ridiculous. The staff is great and friendly just learn to prioritize better.

My first time to a Chicken Salad Chick. It was a nice light lunch. The egg salad was a bit bland and the macaroni and cheese was the same. Others mentioned the chicken salad was good.

I purchased two large containers to go - one Classic and one Dixie - along with a large broccoli salad. I had bought some tortillas at the Windsor Farmer’s Market to make chicken salad wraps. What a great lunch! The chicken salad was fresh and so flavorful. The broccoli salad was the best I’ve ever had. It was a breeze picking up my order; all the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant for to-go or dine-in.
