Love Chicken Salad Chick! So glad Colorado has gotten more locations! I love the Olivia on a croissant and my husband loves the Buffalo Chicken one. I always have to get the grape salad....soooo yummy!!!! I highly recommend 😋

This location in Windsor prioritizes drive thru and walking orders over their online and third party ordering. I had an order to pick up at 1204 pm. I didn’t get it until 1213 after watching a few customers come in after me and order and get their food before me. I had one thing and the people after me had multiple sandwiches among other things. Also 5 cars in the drive thru after I arrived had been helped. Pretty ridiculous. The staff is great and friendly just learn to prioritize better.

My first time to a Chicken Salad Chick. It was a nice light lunch. The egg salad was a bit bland and the macaroni and cheese was the same. Others mentioned the chicken salad was good.

I purchased two large containers to go - one Classic and one Dixie - along with a large broccoli salad. I had bought some tortillas at the Windsor Farmer’s Market to make chicken salad wraps. What a great lunch! The chicken salad was fresh and so flavorful. The broccoli salad was the best I’ve ever had. It was a breeze picking up my order; all the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant for to-go or dine-in.
Have been a couple times recently, and both times had very few other customers. Today’s trip, service took about 20 minutes and there was only one other couple ahead of us. There were at least 3 employees in the back and one up front. The front employee was not welcoming and very didn’t seem happy. The lettuce on one of our sandwiches was wilted and slimy.

This place is no bueno. I stood at the register for 15 minutes with employees walking back and forth, not even looking at me, let alone acknowledging me. During those 15 minutes, I got to observe them being incredibly unhygienic in the meantime. Needless to say, I left and will NEVER be getting food from here. 🙅♂️

Is the address on Google correct? I used navigation to drive there from Fort Collins and it took me to a Mexican restaurant. I would really like to try it out but confused about the location in Windsor.
Okay navigation must be wrong because it took me nowhere near those places. I'm in a brand new 2025 vehicle so very strange. I'll Google the other restaurants to see where they are. I am not familiar with Windsor.
