The food & service was amazing. We were seated at the last table and because it was so light outside, we had trouble seeing each other's face! Prices were high, but well worth it. We opted for the ala carte menu and we still spent over $500 on the meal including drinks for 4 people. Ouch!

The Food was fabulous as it always is. The Service was outstanding with attention to details and special needs. Chimney park is our go to restaurant for special occasions and we are never disappointed.

The food was delicious, the ambiance lovely... We were most impressed, however, by the graciousness of the staff and the excellent service we received. We ordered the Scallop entree and the Rib Eye Steak. Both were fine dishes, but the Scallops won the day. Also, the Lobster Bisque is the best I have tried, anywhere. The Salad Rosa, though tasty, was less memorable. The wine paired with the steak added a great deal to the dining experience. Overall, we would certainly return for a special occasion, as we had a delightful evening.

The chefs tasting menu for the first time and won't do it again. Didn't have anything fabulous. I've eaten here 4 times and will eat here again.

Been here numerous times and we keep hoping the hype will live up to reality. Food is SO SO mediocre. Tonight we had to send back one of the entrees of lamb chop (like how do you screw up a lamb chop) and the apps were overcooked. The servers are always top notch and really the only thing keeping the whole endeavor from imploding. Not worth the drive from FoCo for sure. Ugh. So disappointing.

Always a great place with great food. Happy hour is nice. Wife and I go once a year for our anniversary and really enjoy the chefs tasting menu. Great service every time we have been. The ambiance is quiet and professional. Always look forward to our annual trip here for dinner, the happy hour is great for all of our other times. Definitely recommend.

We were sooooo excited to try this place, Chimney Park came highly recommended by many friends. My partner and I lived in NYC for the past 4 years, so the caliber of cuisine from Colorado doesn't even begin to scrape that city. That being said a 2 hour, $500 dinner should be impeccable with few culinary complaints. The hostess had more charisma than the woman serving us. If I were blind I wouldn’t have known if I was at Chimney Park in Windsor, Colorado or a Waffle House in Michigan. She made no introduction to us. She made no recommendations- she told us where to find the cocktails on the drink menu, then returned to say “What can I get you? Any questions?” From the beginning I felt like she hated us for even being there. Disappointing isn’t even the word for that. Next the food. We had the Valentine’s Day tasting menu on 02/15. If I was trying to give grace I would say “Maybe since we’re having it a day later itjust was not as fresh.” However, the $320 portion of the experience would beg to differ. The cacio e Pepe was so bland. I don’t really know what else to say that’s how bland it was, there was no flavor. The lack of flavor isn’t a flavor, so no it wasn’t “refined”. It was underwhelming. The $30 salad was so lazy. There’s no need to detail it, because that would be making more of an effort than the salad itself. Desserts tasted like they were boxed from Cost Co. The entrees were just fine. Only fine. Totally unremarkable. We could have had the same exact experience at an Outback for a fraction of the price.I loooooved the Alaskan crab with the pineapple salsa. We loved the cauliflower bisque. All other aspects led me to the conclusion we will never be back. We literally could have done anything with $500 that’s not a small amount of money by any stretch it just feels like we got scammed for a mediocre experience.

The staff and service were amazing! Some dishes were great (octopus). Some were so-so (foie gras and scallops). For $110 menu + $75 wine pairing, there are better experiences elsewhere. Would go back for snacks/appetizers and wine, and be selective.

This was out Valentines Evening out. The only reservation I could get was us sitting at the bar. I was skeptable at first but the wit staff and hostess were beyond fantastic and made it a romantic evening out for us. The food was wonderful and the wine selection superb

A wonderful Valentines treat for my wife and I. Romantic, great service and superb food. The caviar for appetizer was top notch, the lobster bisque was incredible, and the scallops were amazing too. My wife's tenderloin was cooked perfectly and melted in the mouth. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and polite.

Definitely a high end restaurant with high end apps, entrees and desserts. They are a bit overpriced, but it makes for a great celebratory experience. That said, I would not go here often but rather maybe once or twice a year max due to the high prices. With regard to beverages I would rate them mediocre. I say that because the one bourbon I wanted, which was on their menu, they were out of which was disappointing. The cocktails that our wives ordered were unique and tasty, but also pricey. Our server was knowledgeable and good overall, but a little on the blue-collar side, which was a bit surprising for such a high-end and expensive restaurant in Northern CO.

We love Chimney Park and have eaten here a number of times. But, on our most recent visit we were shocked by how much prices have increased. Perhaps some of these increases are due to Bidenflation, but still sobering. Higher prices than a number of 5 star restaurants in Colorado.

It was Valentine's Day so the restaurant had a set menu which we didn't realize. It was very pricey at $160 per person and an additional $30 if you selected the foie gras and $95 for wine pairings. The entree choices we had were lobster which was very small and pheasant which we felt were overcooked. We have dined here on several occasions and have always had a great experience. Just not last night. Way overpriced!

My husband and I ate dinner here on a Friday night. Overall, it's a nice place with some good food. We will 100% be returning. The reason for the 4 stars is the server we had took the water carafe, and literally put her hands all over it.As in, the spout. Her hands were cupped on it. We found it disgusting. My husband pointed it out to her, and she wasn't exactly happy to hear it. We got new water cups and made sure to not take water from her, someone from the back came and refilled our water. What was really disgusting is she KEPT DOING IT. We figured she'd correct herself, but she kept taking the carafes and placing her hands all over the spout. I just found it really unhygienic.
