I meet with a mentor regularly here. The service is truly top notch, but also their food is outstanding! They make several things (many things) from scratch, and you can taste the quality! It does get pretty busy, but that just goes to show how sought after this place is!I usually get the burrito for breakfast, but their pancakes (which they call hot/sweet cakes?) are also really good!You'll notice construction in the area, but as long as you follow your GPS you'll be fine. And the construction isn't even noisy!Thanks Windsor Doug's!Dietary restrictions: I can't have egg unfortunately, and they gladly will replace it with hash down or even a veggie!

Overall a nice place. Service was a little slow at times even though it was maybe 20% capacity. But that’s only negative if you’re in a rush I suppose. Americans need to learn to slow down a bit.Food was ok, nothing amazed me. Cinnamon roll was good size but fairly standard in quality.Best part though. The to-go cups. They sent us out the door with a refill of our drinks in disposable cups! That should be a standard in my opinion. More of that please!

Absolutely love this restaurant as well as their other locations. Especially enjoy the Windsor location. Every visit, we have enjoyed friendly service from a very polite staff. Every team member works together to ensure you have a pleasant experience and they go out of their way to show their appreciation. The food choices and preparation are incredible. Huge portions. And, prices are extremely fair. Can’t wait for our next visit.Parking: Adequate parking for now, however several new construction projects in the vicinity. Not sure how this will impact parking and traffic flow in the future.Kid-friendliness: Family oriented restaurant. Several families come here to enjoy their outstanding food.

I got the eggs Socorro and did not enjoy the meal at all. Everything was so bland, no seasoning, no salt. Green chile was so flavorless, it’s almost an accomplishment to make green chile so bland. Ordered eggs medium and they were so raw even the whites were not set. I also thought it would have been much better over a crispy tortilla like as with chilaquiles rather than just serving a big burrito tortilla on the side. The lettuce it came with was bad, discolored and slimy. The potatoes it came with again were very bland. Very underwhelming meal, and I couldn’t eat the eggs because they were so undercooked. Doubt I’ll give this place another shot, it was just too far off the mark.
