Trail is such a gem to have on yalls team. he always recommends the BEST blends and listens to what i like and dont like so we come up with something amazing and different every time always friendly always cheerful. take care of that one because hes amazing! 10/10

I have to make a huge shoutout to the entire crew that works at Dutch Bros with an emphasis on Trail.
Everyone was extremely nice, the place was clean, and the coffee was great.
With that said, it was our first time so we were unfamiliar with the menu. Trail caught us up to speed really quick and got us squared away with some of his recommendations.
We got a “not too hot chocolate” for our daughter, who thought he was so kind (she also loved his nails), and when my wife asked about sugar free flavors, he knew enough about the product to mention that 2% milk isn’t sugar free and that she could do a breve if it was super important to avoid carbs.
Great experience at Dutch Bros but I was so happy with our service that I felt it necessary to tell everyone how great this guy was. Trail, hope you see this.

I teach early classes so I try order my coffee ahead of time and just pick it up at the Window to skip the line. I waited at the window for 10mins knocking as 2 girls completely ignored me. I ended up having to go through the drive through and wait and was late to my class. Pointless to order ahead.

I hate to say it, but the last few times at the Windsor location have just not been good. Super long wait times even when the line doesn’t seem long, staff not as kind as usual… it just feels stressed. Sorry if management has changed or something unseen… hopefully it gets better for y’all.
