I hate to say it, but the last few times at the Windsor location have just not been good. Super long wait times even when the line doesn’t seem long, staff not as kind as usual… it just feels stressed. Sorry if management has changed or something unseen… hopefully it gets better for y’all.

When you wait in line for 10-15 to be cut by the other line because they don’t pay attention to who was there first is soooo rude! They should get rid of the other line if they can’t keep up. It’s sooo frustrating!!! This happens all the time. Makes me want to go to the Human Bean. Those girls have their crap together over there!
