To start, we walked up to the counter, I said “hello, how are you?” The worker with glasses and a blue tie-dye shirt at 12:40ish ignored us and immediately said “what do you want” in a very rude demeanor; the attitude was palpable. My partner and I each had a free bagel with cream cheese coupon which mentioned one per customer, per transaction. As such, we planned on ordering separately to abide the fine print. My partner finished ordering and the same worker walked away without even glancing at me. Situational awareness? Non-existent. Upon walking away, the same worker began chatting with a co-worker on their headset… took them a few minutes to notice I was still standing at the counter… their greeting was the same condescending, “what do you want?” My partner also ordered a large drip coffee. The worker didn’t hand us the cup— easy enough, we just grabbed it off the counter, but the coffee stand didn’t have cream and the only sugar option was Splenda. As a frequent visitor to the Fort Collins gibs off of drake, this location sucks. Period. The trash was also overflowing. The food was great, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Freshly baked bagels, but the service was lacking. I watched a customer have their order made incorrectly in two items. The custom sandwich he ordered wasn't made to his requests and the cashier didn't input the order correctly. Additionally, he requested no ice in his cold brew coffee, but received a cold brew coffee that was 50% ice. However, I do recommend the Daddy Mac Pepper Jack sandwich. It was delicious and my order was correct.

I love gibs, I've gone to the Windsor location for years and years but you have a 50/50 chance of them getting your order correct. I don't know if it's because there are so many combinations that you can get or there is a communication issue between the order taker and the kitchen. Sure wish I could feel confident that my order is correct before I drive off.
This place and its staff is a disgrace. Completely incompetent, lazy and unfriendly. Also we can see how dirty your establishment is in the back from the drive thru window. This doesn't seem like a difficult place to work and you all act like you can't handle more than two customers at a time.
Pretty shocking that this place has been completely out of what most would consider a key component to running a bagel shop - PLAIN CREAM CHEESE. I've stopped by here twice in the last week and each time they let me order and THEN tell me "oh i'm so sorry unfortunately we're out of plain cream cheese"...first of all, you could have led with that considering that is in fact a staple ingredient. Secondly, HOW CAN YOU BE OUT OF PLAIN CREAM CHEESE THIS OFTEN?! I was told they should be getting more in this afternoon...a lot of help that does.
ALSO, the last time i went in to get bagels they were so unbelievably flat and felt so stale. One bagel was completely flat (it may has well have been a bagel chip at that point). I called them to ask why they gave me 2 day old bagels and was told they were baked that morning and "may have been in the oven a bit too long"...well here's how you fix that problem genius, you don't sell those shitty bagels and make a new batch. Do you all not care about your reputation? I still can't believe you claim to make "authentic New York style bagels" what a joke. Clearly none of you have ever been to NY.
Quite honestly, this place misses the mark so many times from low quality bagels, lacking key ingredients, getting orders wrong, making customers wait 45 minutes in the drive thru because the staff can't get it together...that i may just open up my own bagel shop on main street because it would be pretty easy to do a better job than this place.

My wife and I came here for the first time about a month ago, and oh my goodness the staff there were so nice! So we’ve been coming back as much as we can since then! We’re picky eaters and they never fail to accommodate us we will absolutely be continuing to come here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good breakfast spot in Windsor!

Awesome bagel establishment. You can get hot or cold bagel sandwiches. I did get the BLT bagel with tomato basil cream cheese. It was huge and delicious!
