The service at the Windsor location is a joke and is only getting worse. The quality of the food is still good, but the service is so slow and uncaring it's ridiculous. But yet I keep going back or at least I did until today. That was my absolute last time.

I ordered bagels the night before. Came to pick up and door was locked, sign stating low staffing, please go to drive through. Had to wait for other cars. Once I got to the window, they didn't have order ready, I was told 15-20 minutes. They should not be taking online orders if they can't fulfill them in a timely manner. I messaged the business, never got a response.

I regularly go to this and other Gibs locations. Love their bagels. But every time I order for delivery something is wrong, and they don't answer their phones ever. Out of chai? Fine, but no substitutions. And then I'm missing something else too. I'm really sick of this. Also, the hours listed are not consistent across websites.Dietary restrictions: Kosher.

The food is fairly consistently average and the staff is always friendly. The place is a little cramped and parking is a challenge, especially because employees park in the already small and cramped parking lot.
