What should've been an easy order almost turned into a hospital visit. Don't trust this place if you have any allergies. I ordered two party boxes for sunday and not only did they make the sandwiches over an hour early, they made them wrong. I needed the sandwiches without any toppings (lettuce, tomato, or onions) and asked for them on the side. They made one box without and one box with. I informed them that I needed all sandwiches without toppings as my mother is severely allergic to raw tomatoes. We picked up the sandwiches and while dishing up found tomato seeds and pieces of lettuce on one of the boxes. We called and they didn't believe us. We had to drive back to the store DURING my sons birthday party, where they admitted they just removed the toppings instead of remaking the sandwiches. Then barely offered to remake the amount of sandwiches that was in the box. The whole things was super disappointing and had my mother not looked inside the sandwich, she would've ended up in the hospital.
Such a shame on their part.

I have been to this location and the one in Loveland and this location almost always makes orders correctly and with everything requested. If you order for pickup/delivery and request extra dressing or utensils and the sandwich to be cut, you will get what you ask for. They are quick and have great service. I will now go out of my way to only go to this JJ as I’ve experienced the complete opposite at the one in love land every single time I’ve gone there

walked in and nobody said a word to me. dude behind the counter in the corner was watching videos on his phone turned away. he never turned around once. i just walked away after 2 minutes of standing there. horrible service

I usually do a pick-up order, and every time I have entered this store the staff has been friendly and welcoming. And I have never had an issue with my order. Consistently good! Thank you 😊

Very poorly run JJ. Took 45 minutes for an online order Freaky Slow.... watching very inefficient work while waiting., If you own this franchise you are losing so much business as customers came in they were told it was gonna be a long wait because they were so behind. Find a manager who can improve efficiency and get this place in order.

These folks don’t mess around — it really is freaky fast. I’ve been in and out with my gargantuan sub in under a minute, and it was exactly how I wanted it. Super polite, efficient team. Consistently great spot.

Ordered one toasted sub online. Showed up about 15 minutes later. Meanwhile people that came in and ordered while I was waiting received their meals. In total I ordered my meal at 12:01 and cancelled my order at 12:31. Anything but freaky fast.

Came in this afternoon and the young man at the counter (didn’t get his name but he had ear piercings) was the epitome of what good customer service looks like. Incredibly kind, vocal, helpful, made sure my order was correct, etc.
To whomever is managing this place: you’re doing great work and I hope you’re rewarding the excellence I saw in this young man today.

This is the second time that they have used an Uber driver for my delivery. One of the reasons I order jimmy John’s is because of the quick delivery from an actual employee when I’m at work. I don’t like using Uber often, it takes way longer!! I’m just confused as to why that happens

I will admit I’ve not always been happy with the service at this location. I do a handful of catering orders a year and it’s always been so so. My last two visits I’ve seen a nice improvement to their service and their staff. This morning when I picked up my catering order, Rachel, and another guy who I forgot his name helped me out. They were great. And I grade my pickle jar an A+ for presentation.

I Ordered food for my kids at 5pm, 6:15 rolled around and still nothing. I called jimmy johns and asked why the food wasn’t delivered yet. They said they didn’t have drivers and were waiting in a 3rd party to come and pick up the order to deliver it, over an hour and my kids food was still just sitting there. I asked to cancel my order and the manager refused, he said he would get the order out and put cookies in there to make up for it and that a driver (Uber eats or a different one) would deliver asap. 30 minutes after the phone call they deliver the food, the sandwiches were soggy and the drinks were watered down oh and the “cookies” weren’t in there. I would have appreciated a phone call to tell me the food was going to be this late, so that I could have cancelled and ordered them something different. This is ridiculous customer service, the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I ordered 6 sandwiches from this location on the app and customized 5 of the sandwich’s . The app allows you to name the sandwich so that each one is for a specific person. When we picked up the sandwich’s NON of them were labeled and they also did NOT remove the items we ordered and did not add the items to the correct sandwich’s . 1 out 6 sandwiches was correct because that one was not customized. Why does the app allow you to name the Sandwich’s and customize it? When the restaurant could care less to do it correctly. Thankfully we did not have any allergies.
