Went on vacation and came back to the saddening news that this location shut down. I came here a few times a week probably and always was greeted by friendly employees on the drive through , some who began to know my order and always made it the best experience. I always enjoyed my food from here accompanied with a root beer float, even if it takes a little while cause they r understaffed. Quality was always great and if it wasn’t they would make a point to fix it. I had so much happiness from kfc aw lunch!! ? thank you and sad to see you gone.

It's an absolute shame that low functioning adults that do not know the difference between wait/weight posted negative reviews that aided in this restaurant going out of business. Every time I visited I received good service and food. Every once and a while there was an issue, but I am 100% certain that it is because the same nitwits that complained about the service and prices also voted for people that created this situation.

Every time I come it's a great experience with food that tastes as fresh as fast food can really be. I had a problem with waiting for a long time due to them being short staffed or something of the sorts while they were really busy. I had to come back later in the evening to get my food and the frustrating experience turned into a positive one with how kind the staff and management all are, they even then prepared my meal for free with more than I would've originally gotten. Thanks for the hard work while still being super postive-Daniel

The chicken had a bad smell to it, the fries were old and my 5 piece chicken order had only 2 piece in it. The staff were friendly but I guess that’s the only good thing about this restaurant.

Went thu the drive thru at about 3:30 and ordered a 5 piece tender box with slaw and mash potatoes and gravy. And a 4 piece original box with mac n cheese and slaw. Both orders the biscuits were very dry. The tender box only came with 3 very small tenders almost the size of nuggets, greasy fries, mash potatoes and slaw. All the 4 pieces of original chicken were burned and got 2 legs no thighs. I called and did not get an apology but offered the remaining 2 tenders. I am only giving one star because the root beer was good.

Went to KFC in Windsor for dinner tonight. I was greeted by a friendly staff as soon as I walked in. The male staff working the counter was friendly. I ordered the 3 piece original chicken meal. My food came out pretty fast. The chicken was hot and crispy. The biscuit was hot and fresh. The coleslaw was delicious. The dining area looks clean. The same friendly staff wished me a great night when I was leaving. Wow! Great service today. Big thumbs up!

I can’t believe this. My breast/wing meal is horrible. The wing is extremely small and both the wing and breast are TOTALLY overcooked! To add insult to injury, the biscuit is hard as rock and crispy. I bought my meal and my g-son’s meal of tenders and fries and paid over $20 for this horrible meal. Shame on them!

I was at this restaurant yesterday and ordered alot of food due to family in town,the gal that took my order at the drive thru was polite but wanted to split the chicken half original and half crispy because it would take 17 minutes to make a new batch of chicken,I was ok with waiting for my order to be the way I wanted it so I paid and pulled around to spot 2 for my order,she first came out about 15 later and it was not my order so still waitng another 15 minutes,she came out with my order and I trusted it would all be correct due to the long wait,no problem..I got home brought the food in and sure thing I was missing 2 side dishes so I called there and spoke with someone and told her my situation and no apologies,the first thing that she said to me was I was lying and only waited for 15 minutes unreal,I was going to bring back the food but my company was already eating some so I didnt want to bring back incomplete,I called back and it rang for a long time and finally they answered and with alot of attitude said come get your sides or we will put your name on a list and you can get it anytime,still NO apologies.I asked for a manager and she said there wasnt one.Customer service was totally unprofessional and absolutely uncalled for,pleas avoid!!!

The fries looked as if they were made first thing in the morning. The tenders were probably made even earlier and had been sitting under the heat lamp. Biscuit was hard and dry. But what was worse was the nasty floors. Sticky everywhere. Don't think they have mopped in a long time.

Order wasn’t ready and lady asked if we wanted a drink for inconvenience. Then asked if we want extra butter or honey. So this is our meal…. Want some chicken with your sauce? WTH what a waste. An entire bucket of honey, ketchup and butter.
