Enzo hooked it up tonight and easily made the dopest pizza I've ever gotten from LCP. My boyfriend also likes to joke around pretty hard when picking up food, and even when he made Enzo think we DIDNT like the pizza, he owned up and said he made it. Give that kid a raise!

Took a pizza home and it was undercooked and cold.. cheese wasn't even melted. I live 30 min away and called in.. literally told me I had to bring the pizza back so they can confirm it's undercooked. What a disappointment. Don't shop here. Looking at reviews this is done often. Beware. They won't even make it right without inconvenience you even more then they already did.

This order was underwhelming, as it tends to be when picking up from this location. Ordered pretzel crust and received normal crust coated in the salt. Not to mention the pizza dough was not fully cooked. The boxes are drenching with oil, bottom of the pizza is basically wet. Disappointing

I would give this place a 0/10 if I could. We got food from them 4/13 from the hot n ready. Definitely had been sitting there for a while. The cheese looked old. Lo and behold, my family had food poisoning symptoms the next day with my oldest daughter getting the brunt of it. I called 4/14 to speak to a manager to request a refund and have not heard from anyone. I was told they'd pass my message along. I have again not been contacted by the manager. I think after a certain amount of time the pizza needs to be thrown away. I have continued to call and the phone just rings. Very disappointed in how they treat their customers

I have been waiting on hold for 20 minutes because I picked up my order yet the forgot an item and I am trying to call to see if I can pick up or if I can get a refund and d then i was hung up on. Not happy
Watched the person in the back prepping trays sneeze and wiped their nose on their shirt. They sneezed again and wiped on the back of their hand and didn't wash hands either time. The counter person was running the till and making pizzas without washing between the jobs. Handling money, working the counter and then the food! Lastly if you're working the counter then leave the ear buds out so you can hear the customer the first time. Won't be back to this place.

They ALWAYS get our order wrong or give away our pizza to people who have ordered 20-30 after us leaving me waiting twice over 45 minutes extra for one large pizza. Thought it was a one time mistake until it happened again exactly the same and they are extremely disorganized and the young girls are always rude! I hate this location. Will avoid at all costs

This is now the second time they have charged me $10.00 above the amount . I assume they charge me the right amount and the amount doesn’t pop up when I go to pay and sure enough I get in my bank account and for one pizza they have charged me 19+ dollars. We have always been satisfied with the food but I think we will be going to another location from here on out.
