No one could barely speak any English and messed up order multiple times. Took 15 minutes for someone to understand my order.

paid through the kiosks and ordered a big mac shareable meal. decided to pay with cash, and they took forever to even come to the desk. then, they missed a big mac in our meal and started arguing with us saying we never ordered that when it was literally sitting right in my lap.

Changed my rating due to my interaction today. Went through the drive thru and used the mobile app. I ordered a quarter pounder and a mcdouble meal deal. They asked me to wait in the parking space. I waited about 15 min. Went inside to see what was taking long. They said they had to make the quarter pounder. Lots of cars were driving off with their food. I walked back to my car and left as I had an appointment to get to. Kinda frustrating when you see other people receiving there order and your still waiting for your food like a dumb ass.

I advise to order on app if possible. I ordered a big breakfast, order was incorrect 3 times. My dad is bilingual so heard them they say we ordered wrong. But it was their mistake, and 4th time still missing hashbrown 🫣
Absolute garbage. Kids meals had no meat on hamburgers wife’s meal and I had no fries plus we ordered large and we got smalls. Wasn’t given a receipt and because of that they didn’t fix the issue.

So frustrated with this location...
The last few visits I have made my order (it's always the same) and they can't seem to listen to what I'm asking for! I even got a receipt today to tell the next window the mistakes. He nodded and apologized and yet I open the bag and it's exactly what it wasn't supposed to be... I honestly hate complaining but it's just been so bad lately.

Every table was dirty with bags and used cups at the worst and crumbs and spilled sauce at the best. We had to clean our own table, and had to wipe it down with a wet wipe. The dining room literally smelled like piss, one of the tables was actually broken and laying on its side.
Every time we go to this location they forget items in our order and I have to go up to the counter (where no one is stationed) and wait 5 min or more for someone to see me so I can get the rest of our order.
The place wasn't even busy.
It's not even like they were in the middle of a rush, but no one cleaned the entire time we were there.
I legitimately felt dirty being there. I will not be going back to the Windsor McDonald's location.

We put in a mobile order for two large quarter pounder meals. I waited over 15 minutes at the pull-up waiting spot before getting my food (while watching other cars come and go). After receiving my food and driving back home, we are missing one of our large fries, the other (half-filled) fries are cold and unsalted, and both of our burgers taste stale and are cold. I called in to get a refund on the fries since the app does not have an option, and was told it was impossible to get a refund over the phone. I do not want to drive back into town for a refund and wait even longer. We were giving McDonald’s one final chance today after their prices have skyrocketed and the quality has dropped, and that chance was squandered. When eating at a drive thru is just as expensive as eating at a restaurant downtown, you should expect better.

Constantly get the wrong order. Hire people who speak english for the love of god.
My husband took our son here to eat and play at the play place. There were a couple older kids - running around, completely unchecked, blocking the play place from other kids on the slide and playing hide and seek in the entire restaurant. My husband kept telling the kids to move aside for others to play - and he looked around for a parent. The parent was a manager for McDonalds, sitting on her laptop - not even paying attention. They were there for probably 45 minutes and this is how it was the entire time they were there. So common for parents to just stare at their phones and let kids of all ages go unchecked, but even worse for a manager… This is not acceptable.
