The croissant donut will always be a showstopper. However the other donuts I got did not taste much better than what I could get at Safeway. Came in at 5 am sharp and expected fresh donuts and I'm pretty sure mine were at least a day old. Still not bad donuts, but for the price and reputation I expected much better.

Disappointed! I hadn't had an Apple Fritter in a few years, so I decided to try one here at 8:00 a.m.. What I got was a small, hard, flat, overcooked and overpriced pastry. Maybe it's due to Bidenomics, but $3.09 for that sugary "rock" was really a huge disappointment. By far, the worst apple fritter I've ever had. Even worse than Dunkin. I used to get them at Winchell's Donuts in Longmont, and they were huge, fresh, soft and practically a meal in themselves - enough of a treat for two people to eat and be satisfied. I suggest Mr. Yo visit a winchells and see what an apple fritter is supposed to be.

Some of the worst donuts I've ever had! Overpriced and Old - 6 Donuts and a dozen holes for $17 and they are from yesterday! Dry, tasteless and dense. Not what you expect and pay for at 8am on a Saturday morning out with the family!

My most recent visit wasn’t so great. The croissant donut was over fried and taste burnt. The long John’s that we had cream filled hardly had any filling at all and were hard around the edges. Everything tasted stale. The mature woman that’s the manager is still very rude and was hollering for a helper in the back instead of just going back and getting help. She is very condescending. $28.00 for a dozen donuts and half of them went in the garbage.

I need to start getting up earlier so that this super popular donut shop isn't sold out or about sold out when I get there. As a tip I was told to call in the morning and they'd hold my order so I could get it a bit later. They fill the filled donuts white you are there. Great products. They use good ingredients. Nothing like the ones from the grocery store. Try the croissant donut!!!

Service by the older woman was not pleasant. No hello or welcome. She was grumpy when she explained to us that there are regulations on where we could move tables around to fit our party of five.

Donuts were okay. We purchased the most basic ones and they were about $2 each. We came around the 9:00 hour and the donuts were just okay.

This is an easy stop to grab breakfast for my team when I’m in Windsor. They have a drive thru (huge bonus) and they are quick. There are TONS of options, and everything I have tried here is great.

Wow. Came here for the first time this morning and needless to say I will not be returning:/ the older woman was incredibly rude to me when I was asking basic questions (as I’ve never been there before). Then the donut itself tasted stale and was a bit hard on the edges. I’m really disappointed:(

I visited Mr. Yos today excited to pick up some delicious donuts and some of their famous “Cronuts” for a lunch date with my Aunt later! What I was not expecting was this to be my last visit, as I was treated so terribly by the owner that I drove home in tears. The owner, an older lady, could not even attempt to hide her impatience with me as I asked a simple question to the cashier of whether they were able to split my half dozen donuts into two boxes rather than putting them all in one. Once the owner finally took a second to understand what I was asking for, she said she was going to have to charge me extra for each box (which was no problem!) and when I asked “how much?” she rudely came up to the register and pointed at a crumpled sticky note stuck to the side of the glass showcase and said “it costs a dollar PER BOX, so TWO dollars.” I was slightly taken aback that she was treating a paying customer in this manner but I shook it off and continued on with my order. The cashier, who I should mention was SO sweet given her hostile work environment, asked which 6 donuts I would like. I proceeded to tell her I wanted 3 “Cronuts” and apparently that didn’t sit well with the owner because she interjected to condescendingly tell me it was called a CROISSANT! I mistakenly called the croissant a Cronut because I have heard NUMEROUS people who eat at Mr. Yos rant and rave about their CRONUTS. The worst part, in my opinion, was that the owner knew what I meant and chose to belittle me anyways. Once I had finished my order, she griped at the cashier that she needed to take the drive through orders before they got backed up. She ran to the drive through window and announced as loud as she could that she “was SO SORRY for the wait” as to make it known that I had obviously taken up too much of her precious time. I left this place completely bewildered as to what I did to deserve the way I was treated by the owner. Needless to say, what should have been a quick, easy, and painless encounter ended up putting a damper on my morning. I suppose that the lesson I was taught today was that just because you treat people with kindness it doesn’t mean that that same kindness will be reciprocated…and to the lady working the cash register, you are amazing and have great customer service skills and I hope that you realize you deserve to work for someone that treats you a million times better than the miserable lady you work for!Edit:I appreciate the response from the actual owner, apparently I was mistaken and the older lady who is always working is not, in fact, the owner. And thank you for clarifying the “Cronut” dilema, I appreciate you being kind enough to provide a simple explanation as to why you can’t call it that and I completely understand! After reading through the other reviews it seems that I am not the only one to have an unpleasant experience with this lady so I agree that talking to her may be in your best interest for a continued successful business. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns!
