When I entered to grab pizza, the manager had to call someone up 5 times to assist me. I tried to order online and no one would answer. Rest of staff was great besides one with dark hair.

Got the worst pizza ever from this location today. We ordered a Thai Chicken thin crust pizza. They forgot to put the chili sauce on it and there was an excessive amount of pepper flakes making so you could not even eat the pizza. Not sure I am going back. Was a waste of money, we had to throw out the pizza. Very disappointing.

I really appreciate if the employee's would wear hair nets, I've had twice ordering my pizza found hair in my food I'm a red head my wife is a brunette, blonde in our food. Look we love supporting our locals but a change needs to be done. It's sad you live 4.2 miles away order pizza for the night and it has a hair in it its sad I have to take a pick of the hair to prove my issue and willing to take the pizza back to prove it but we loose out on dinner, and we need to cook something else up so where did we gain we didn't. So I Say in respect WEAR A HAIR NET ALL OTHER PLACES DO WHEN DEALING IN FOOD. Thank You.

I ordered 2 pizza's online at 1:30pm for a 4:30pm in store pickup. When I arrived at 4:30pm, one pizza was ready. A walk in customer came in behind me, ordered their pizza in the store, and that order was prioritized over my second pizza. No biggie, but I probably won't order online again. The pizza quality was good.

What a Total Scam! Sent offers for 3 days for the BOGO New Year weekend Great deal so I thought so I finally relented and put in my order even giving them a huge break by ordering a much less expensive pizza for my bogo only to be denied and disappointed when it excepted my promo code but then would not let me check out. What a Scam!! I Finally saw the small print no specialty pizzas. What a Crock!!

I ordered two pizzas tonight for their buy one get one special. Got them home and they were less than expected. Possibly because it was a special so they put less ingredients on it. When I walked in, nobody acknowledged me there was one order in one of the two empty racks sitting in the lobby, the rest of the pizzas were piled up, either on the corner of the counter or along the glass where they make pizzas I asked if they could help me find mine took them a minute to locate. It was in the one of the piles. I didn’t see an adult. Our cowboy pizza had eight pieces of pepperoni on it. The chicken bacon artichoke pizza had seven pieces of chicken and five pieces artichoke & cheese was really lacking on that one. Over all disappointing this time.

We ordered 3 pizzas online… my husband accidentally only picked up 2 of the 3. I tried calling the store for over an hour at least 60 times and it doesn’t go through. Thought it was maybe our service or the phones were down so I called another store and they were not able to even confirm that the number online is the correct number. I also had someone with different phone service call and it did not go through! On a Friday night seems crazy that you cannot get through to a store to even order a pizza! Very angry. I know it was possibly our mistake missing the pizza BUT there should be a way to get a hold of someone!!!

Ordered an XL NY pepperoni pizza. I request she leave the zesty herb mix off. She said she cannot modify the pizza in any way. She then made the pizza and said "I left it off, but don't be surprised if they say no next time."Not that it's any of her business, but my husband and I suffer from severe heartburn and my husband can't handle red pepper flakes or he's suffering all night from reflux. What if someone has food allergies? They could end up seriously injured or in the hospital.I understand "not being able to change" a featured item, however, I was asking her to omit something, not add it. Not being able to omit an ingredient is bad business practice.Aside from this sour experience, the food is always great (except when it gives my husband heartburn all night.)Date of visit 10/26/23 at 3:30pm.Dietary restrictions: Let people omit small things like the herb mix you sprinkle on the pizzas.
Papa yes!Pizzas are always stacked with generous fresh toppings. No skimping here.Crew is friendly and hard working.Best Papa Murphy's from Longmont to Fort Collins (Ft. Collins is a very close second but the Harmony traffic is misery).

I ordered 5 miny Murfreesboro as I d quit offen to day I ordered 5 more the dow was not wrapped in Sarah wrap and all 5 where stuck together I was very disappointed with my order I guess if I order again I will haft to stay ther and watch to make shout it's done wright
