Took an hour to receive my food due to door dash problems. When I got my food it was really cold and one of my items wasn’t correct. Definitely not worth the money I spent for the quality of food I got.

I walk in… see the stack of pizzas sitting on the window that I presumed are my families sitting in the window and get told they should be ready in a few minutes.. wait 10 minutes as the staff is rowdy and not attentive, then I finally ask again where my order is and they try to give me the stack that has been sitting in the window cooling off.. not exactly the greatest way to get good reviews.

I placed a $67 order to this location tonight to end up watching my order sitting in the window getting cold while I was told they would be up soon and the lady working the counter didn't bother to check which order it actually was and if if it was ready to go out (it appeared she was too preoccupied talking to somebody else in the back to service the customer at the counter). We showed up at the expected time of the order being done and after waiting 10 minutes in the lobby for said order, already being done and ready to hand out, watching the staff be rowdy and rambuntioucs in the kitchen, as if there were not people in the waiting area, and had to ask again if that was our order getting cold in the window and it was. Door dash received their order out of the heater while ours was sitting on the counter getting cold. This will be the last time we spend money at this location.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to try the food as nobody came out to take our order. The entry doors were covered with hand/finger prints like they hadn’t been cleaned for days. My daughter and I ended up leaving after being ignored by the staff.

I would give a zero if I could.we walked inside and Stood at the counter to order and waited a couple of minutes.we grabbed bottles of water and seen a guy in the kitchen he looked over at us and he ignored us.we then waited a little longer and he sill ignored us again and so we left.
Love the pizzas and the consistent service that's on time. Pizza is always hot and high quality.

I ordered a cheese pizza and after an hour I just called and canceled the order because they still hadn't even started it yet. Pizza hut is garbage but this one on particular is really bad and needs to be closed for good and everyone fired!
