The pizza and the pasta were delicious! I cut the breading off the boneless chicken wings and there was only 1 or 2 bites of chicken. Will not order them again!
So the pizza is delicious fresh from the oven. The staff is kind and works hard for the most part. However this location has a skelton crew most days. The slso run out of practically everything every other day. Yesterday it was cheese sticks. Today it was hand tossed med, Lg and cheese stuffed crust. The crutons on the salad are soggy ans stale bc they put them ontop of the salad instead of individually wrapped. The dinning room is almost always empty and clean. Most nights the fountain drink machine is disabled by 7:30pm. I truly think the staff is thier own worst enemy and running the place into the ground one day at a time bc they love to hate their job. Its sad bc this location is an old style Hut and could be quite sucessful under the right management with a positive direction , community out reach and Advertising. As far as delivery ive only ever had a hot door dash. I've seen a deliveey car there once in a while.
Don’t order from this place. I literally just ordered a pizza at 8:30 at night. Had to call at 10:50 to see where the pizza was they had no record of it. Hit my account. They reimbursed me for it. Then the guy asked me if I still want pizza and then try to charge me again unbelievable

We ordered delivery from Windsor Pizza Hut and it said it would be delivered at 7:27 pm. Food got here at 7:45 and they forgot our drinks. Called them back and drinks were delivered at 8:40pm when we were done eating and ready for bed.

Please stop contracting out to door dash! Our dinner arrived luke warm and soggy. We intentionally ordered directly paid a delivery fee and tip, only to recieve a text that door dash was actually delivering our food and it took way longer than expected.

I haven't had a single negative experience with the Windsor Pizza Hut since moving here in 2020. Pizzas are perfect and ready when they say they will be everytime. I worked at Pizza Hut in Texas for 3 years and have been blown away with this location's consistency in quality pizzas.

My food was ready right on time, no errors in my order and the two guys I spoke with were friendly. Set up a pick up order. Given the wrong pizza. And we live "too far out of the service area" to have them replace it. Like it was our fault the employees gave us the wrong pizza. Gave us things I am allergic to, so basically a waste of money. Thanks for nothing. Back to Dominos I guess....

Well I gave this dump one more chance I ordered on their $12 any crust any topping special my bill came to 15.34 they charge to my credit card 18.41 when I told the guy he said there wasn't anything they can do about it they went ahead and gave me back my 1534 or they're supposed to anyway but I'm just screwed out of the $3 just for the pleasure of dealing with them. I will never make the mistake again

Ordered on line, curbside pickup was offered but not available during checkout.Arrived at the time stated for pickup, pizza was warm more like on the cold side. Pizza was dry and had little items on it for a meat lovers pizza. Hardly any sauce. Needless to say will never go again.
