The service and overall atmosphere are great, but the food itself I did not enjoy. I ordered the butternut squash risotto, and it was way too sweet and rich. The flavors were too mixed. very savory and oniony mixed with very sweet and also tangy apples. Plus add the Guanciale with its porky Smokey taste and the sage, it made me feel sick, I was struggling to eat it. It sounds good, but they did not go well together.
I also ordered a cannoli, which was chewy and also way too sweet! Like why does it need chocolate syrup and honey on top when the inside is already sweet as frosting! I think whoever is making the recipes here must not be able to taste sweetness, cause both things were overly sweetened!

We came here because we loved the one in Windsor and I’m so glad there’s one in Fort Collins now! The service was great, the food was incredible, and it was such a relaxing atmosphere. We got the bread and the butter option was an orange cocoa flavor which was so good. Both the pizza and pasta option we got was delicious too! I did get the Harvest Moon Margarita and felt like the flavors of the marg didn’t go together very well, but maybe I just don’t like tart drinks! The staff was so friendly and the owner/manager came over to ask how everything was and talk to us about our thoughts on everything as they just recently opened. Very happy with this place and will be back :)

Disappointed. The first time I had this pizza I loved the gluten-free crust. Just got it for the second time and it was really crispy/borderline burnt. The margharita pizza also has hardly any cheese so with the bad crust it was like trying to eat cardboard. No thanks.

This is a great addition to Jessup Farm! The food and atmosphere is great! (Loved the Vibe!!) Dinned in on the opening night and the staff could not have pulled off a more successful evening. The restaurant was packed on the first night of business and yet the staff handled it perfectly as the service was fabulous! We had two pizza's, the meat lovers and the white truffle. Both were so flavorful and cooked perfectly as the crust is also outstanding. The wine selection is great and very reasonable in price starting at $9 to $18 a glass. We had the Colosi Nero D'Avola which is a Sicilian wine which was great. A must try!!

The pizzas and pastas here are all made from scratch and the chefs are truly visionary. My wife and I always look forward to trying new offerings like their tiramisu which is one of the best desserts that I've ever had. Service is always top notch even when they're slammed. Highly recommend!

My first visit was great, though service slow (had to flag our waiter down for drinks each time) and it's really small. The margherita pizza was as close to what we had in Italy as we've found in Colorado.
On the second visit though, it ruined the place for me. They said it was a short wait. 40min & 2 check-ins later we went to the brewery next door who said we could eat the food there & order with the hostess. 3 people had the Alfredo & asked if we could do breaded chicken which the hostess said yes to. The extremely soupy Alfredo came with chicken parmesan with red sauce..... Totally ruined the Alfredo. They never brought the kids drinks which cost $4 a piece. My daughter's Mac & cheese had zero flavor (though she did eat it).The pizza was mediocre this time too.
So I'm afraid the first visit was a fluke, but regardless, not worth over $100 for that mess.
