Paid an extra $4.00 for mushrooms and extra cheese. Got like 8 mushrooms and if this is extra cheese what is it like without the extra cheese? Just sauce? Not even as good as Dominos (low bar, right?) and Dominos is not great pizza by any stretch of the imagination. Super disappointed. Would not recommend.
Probably the worst experience I’ve had eating out in years. The food was horrific, salmon that was chewy and avocado toast with no avocado. They also “ran out of champagne” during bottomless mimosas after I had half a mimosa. We also presented a gift card that they couldn’t figure out how to use. Terribly dissatisfied.
Food was delicious and burger was way better and bigger than my husband expected. Atmosphere is totally pleasant. Wait and support staff were absolutely lovely. We’ll be back. Only criticism is they could use a little more craft beer, a little less domestic on tap.
Also, they were lovely to our 3 year old. They had plenty of high chairs and a quesadilla and side salad to keep him happy. Next time we’ll also try dessert!
Kid-friendliness: They were very nice to us with a three year old. Lots of high chairs! The kids menu is limited but they have a quesadilla and side salad, which keep my kiddo happy.

Second time here. They still don’t have it figured out. This time we had to wait 45 min to just be told my food would be another 30 min. They should tell you how far behind they are before you even order. This is ridiculous.

Servers were extremely nice. Had a reasonably long business lunch there and never felt rushed. Food was great!

This place is just ok. The burger and sandwiches were very basic, a little bland and just felt like frozen patties. The side portions were super disappointing. I had fries and it was less than a small fries at any fast food place. My friend got a side salad and it looked like less than a single piece of lettuce. Our table wasn't wiped after the previous guests. That being said the patio is nice and could be good for afternoon drinks and the people who work there are very friendly. There's definitely room for improvement but mainly in the food and portions department.
Update: We tried this restaurant again last night and the experience was much better. The food was very good and the staff were knowledgable about their gluten free options and celiac. I really appreciated this visit. We had a great time and stayed for a couple of hours. It was a super busy night for them but we didn’t feel neglected at all. The front of house manager and the server were super attentive and everything was perfect. They definitely took in my previous review and there were some great changes from it! I appreciate it so much y’all.
Original: My partner and I went before the Eagles game just for a couple of drinks and an appetizer. We definitely didn’t look like everyone else who was there which initially made me assume that was why service was so bad, but the other reviews seem to have the same issue so I guess it’s just poor management.
We arrived right around 5pm on a Saturday and it was still pretty quiet. A few tables full, a couple people at the bar, nothing crazy. We ordered drinks and the bartender was super nice. I told her I didn’t like anything that tasted too alcoholy and she offered to make me something entirely new if I couldn’t find something on the drink menu. I asked about the Brie appetizer because it was labeled as “gluten sensitive” but also stated it came with crostinis - I wanted to see if there was an alternative to that since I have a gluten allergy. There wasn’t, so I just asked for the crostini to be on the side. I found it really odd that it was labeled “gluten sensitive” and was served with crostini…that shouldn’t be listed on the menu at all if that’s the case, but whatever. We waited 45 whole minutes for the appetizer to come out and the served crackers on the side. Not crostinis at all, just Carr table crackers. The runner asked why we wanted the crackers on the side and I said that I have a gluten allergy and he asked how severe. I explained that it’s celiac and he said “shit, I’ll remake it”. My dude, we just waited 45 minutes for you to tell me that the bartender didn’t note a gluten allergy and we have to wait longer for a new app to come out? Okay. 20 minutes later a fresh one came out with another set of Carr crackers on the side. The food was fine, but not worth over an hour wait.
Management - y’all have to fix this. Multiple reviews are noting an extremely long wait for drinks and food. Your menu is confusing and honestly dangerous - if you’re noting “gluten sensitive” and including gluten filled crackers it’s not gluten sensitive at all. Figure it out. We really wanted to enjoy this place but it was just weird vibes all around. We’d love to come back when y’all improve.
Dietary restrictions: Their menu notes gluten sensitive but it doesn’t actually mean anything.

We had high hopes for this place, since we just purchased a new home in the neighborhood. But tonight was our 3rd or 4th try and we're just disappointed. First, we finally were able to get the stuffed mushrooms (every time we ordered previously, they were "out"), and it proved not to be worth the wait. Six small grocery store mushrooms with a little bit of filling and a small amount of parmesan (maybe?) sprinkled on top. Then my husband ordered French Onion soup which was noted on their sandwich board out front as one of the specials. They didn't have it, but hadn't taken it off the board. So he ordered chicken noodle soup and it arrived at the table, lukewarm, and had to be sent back. It was unremarkable, even when it came back hot. I ordered the beet and goat salad. Good, except I could have sworn it should have come with crostini and when I checked the menu online, I was right. So I asked for it, to go, as I planned on taking half the salad home as leftovers. None of the wait staff seemed to know crostini came with the salad and they were about to tell me, "no", until I said it was on the menu as included. Josh, our waiter, was nice enough about everything, though. I feel like this restaurant hasn't been open long enough to already be going downhill. We might be back for a drink, but probably not much else.

I’m sorry but when I go in paying $16 for a burger and fries and you give me a hand full of fries like you have a shortage or something is not ok!

Second time going there and same experience. We tried it again just in case it was a bad day, but literally was the exact experience again. Took a long time to be greeted, took a long time just for nachos, when they brought them out they were burnt and the cheese was dried out, and the chicken inedible - it was dry beyond discussing, see picture. The server never checked on us again and after 40 mins finally came back and simply asked if they could get us anything else, ignoring the fact that we didn’t touch our dry burnt nachos, we said we’ll take the bill, paid and will never be back. Save your time and money this place has awful rude servers and even worse service and the food is bad and no one cares about your experience. They served us food that would make someone sick and they simply didn’t care. - the food was beyond gross just to look at, they should have never even brought it to our table and the other sign, we didn’t touch it. After 40 mins of waiting I wasn’t going to wait longer asking for another serving or take the time to complain, I would have never let that plate leave the kitchen.
This place is so cool!
The food, drinks, and atmosphere is great here!! My husband and I come for game day and the happy hour is unbeatable. Definitely recommend for a cute little spot in Windsor!
Not sure how I want to truly rate this place.
On one hand I always enjoy my time there, the food is good, the service is great. and watching the Avalanche play on their multiple big screens is perfect.
On the other hand a 5 star rating may just bring more people to an already popular and sometimes crowded establishment.
