I ordered online an hour and a half before pickup on a Sunday night. Got there and they didn’t even have the pizza started. No offer to compensate for their mistake. Would not recommend.

Kids were very excited for Romas after trick or treating. Everything lists closing at 9:00pm. Arrived at 8:00pm to find employees standing around and we were told dinning room was closed because they were slow. We could place an order to go and come back and get it.

I was here last night for my birthday with my kids. They brought my dad the wrong order first, then mine was wrong as well. The second order they brought me they literally forgot to put the meat in my caroli. By that time most of my family was done eating so I told them no need for a third try to get it right. The server was very nice and attentive and they did offer to give me a meal to go but frankly the food I did try off my kids plates was very underwhelming.

I ordered a small salad, a trio plate that had spaghetti, lasagna and tortellini, it was pretty good! The staff was kind and my lunch was ready to go pretty quickly.

**WINDSOR DELIVERY is through DOORDASH!** I ordered through the website but the restaurant missed something (did not add meatballs we paid $7 for). When I called Roma a very rude girl answered and said nothing could be done, that it was DD’s fault Roma got the order wrong, then insisted she used to be a manager and knew there was nothing that could be done. Luckily an actual manager stepped in (I believe his name was Kyle) and contacted DoorDash and got us a refund for food we didn’t receive. Kudos to him for displaying empathy and helping resolve the matter. But it was absurd I had to insist 10 times to the first girl that I didn’t place my order through DD nor have the app on my phone nor know how to contact them directly (maybe that’s the reason she’s no longer a manager?). Regardless, the food we did get was very delicious and we appreciated all of Kyle’s help. But we’ll order takeout from now on.
