Best pizza, friendly staff, best dough for Caroli’s and pizza. I’ve loved Roma since I was in college in 2001. The windsor location dies it right and brings me back to the old days.

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Ervin at Roma Italian Restaurant. He is an amazing chef and you can truly taste the passion he puts into his food. The pizza he makes is hands down the best I’ve had — perfectly crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and incredible flavor in every bite.
If you’re going to Roma, make sure you try one of Ervin’s pizzas. You won’t regret it! Highly recommend! 🍕🔥

The pizza was ok stuck to the cardboard box the crust isn't that great the sauce was the best part. The ravioli was decent the garlic bread wasn't so much, overall it was decent

Needed my pastafarian fix so I stopped in for lasagna.
First try it was cold in the center. Second delivery was much better.
Taste was good but the meat was sliced mild sausage which was not that tasty.
Overall experience was pizza shop average. The server, Courtney if I remember correctly, was excellent.

So I order a ceaser salad and added extra croutons and added Chicken and 2 meatball sliders on the side. I pick up and I am excited for the salad and I just go all in you know lol to my surprise the prior cooked chicken is just thawing out on top of my salad 🤢. I mean I get that the chicken needed to be cold to be on the salad but the chicken was colder than the salad, like I said just thawing. I'm so grossed out at this point I toss the $15 salad out yep threw away $15 just like that! The sliders were good though!

I DoorDashed this one. Now look, I get it, I’ve worked the food industry before, but 1. PINEAPPLE DOESN’T BELONG ON PIZZA, and 2. IT ESPECIALLY DOESN’T BELONG IN A CAROLI THAT WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO HAVE CHICKEN AND PEPPERONI... I’m not actually that mad, but please, pay attention when you’re making the food. I’m so disappointed….
Also, I wouldn’t have had this issue if I had ordered from one of the ones in Greeley (I imagine), but DoorDash wouldn’t let me for some reason…. Apologies if that’s my bad.
And yes, I am petty and picked out most of them, but who can blame me, THEY DON’T BELONG IN A CAROLI.
