Every single time I come here there’s a problem. From literally just not answering the drive though until I come to the window to tell me they won’t be servicing me due to being understaffed to the employees rejecting to give you the happy hour discount even though you ordered at 1:55. There is one particular male staff member who literally asked me what was supposed to be in the dirty doctor pepper and also has served me this drink wrong on SEVERAL occasions. You think you’d look at the damn menu after enough orders and you don’t know what you’re serving. Literally so disgusted with this place that I haven’t come back in weeks and of course when I do I can’t get the discount even though that’s the ONLY reason I came here:

Gotta give it 1 since I can't give it zero. Food? Don't know, I never got any. Service? Same as the food, never got any. At 7:00 pm, there were three cars parked (employees?) and you could see two employees in the building. One car in a stall waiting for service and myself. I pushed the button, and no one answered after 5 minutes of waiting. The car next to me backed out and went through the drive through....still no answer for either of us. We both wound up leaving with no service and no food. Not a great Sonic experience.

Laughably bad service. They “close” their drive up stations during the winter cause it’s too cold. That’s the whole point of your restaurant. Tell your high schoolers to suck it up and stop playing on their phones.

We have actually been in a yelling match with the manager because during a bike ride our order took over an hour. We asked for our money back and we were told that was not possible. 1:30 min we never got our food or our money. We left complained to corporate and still got nothing. So much potential. Ownership and management is trash. They stole $45 from me that day.

Every time I order the food is perfect it's never wrong, it isn't smashed or made in a rush looking sloppy and falling apart. The workers are always amazing and friendly I've never been to a better sonic the rest of the sonic stores could learn a thing or two from sonic in Windsor it's amazing

Omg this place REALLY is bad they don't ever answer the speaker you wait in line for 20+ mins and still nothing the workers there sucks so bad I have never went to a drive-thru and it take that long it's insane.

Not sure why the sonic's in Colorado are such trash. Pre-ordered on the app. 5 min before I got there. 25 min after I checked in I walked inside for my blizzard.

The worst service I've ever seen. Absolute garbage. Pulled up to the drive thru and was asked to wait a minute before ordering. Ten minutes later, after not hearing back from the server, we pulled up to the window to order and saw 3 workers laughing at each other and trying on each others hats. There was nobody else in the drive thru line and only 1 customer at the drive up kiosk. Complete clown show. If I could leave negative stars I would.

I pulled into the sonic drive thru behind the other 3 cars that were waiting. when i pulled in, i was next to order. took me 8 minutes to have my order taken, and then mid way through me ordering, the cashier says “i’m coming outside” and then she comes outside to take my order and goes inside. 15 minutes into me waiting in line, a cashier comes outside and asked if i had already ordered and then i had to give her my order again. it took me 20 minutes to get to the window for my order. when the cashier gave me my total she said it was $6 which i knew wasn’t correct because i ordered at least $15 worth of food. she went back and forth w me until she realized i was right and then she lost my receipt. she also gave me attitude about me giving her “a different order” then the one i had just previously given. on top of that they forgot the sauces and i was there for about 30-35 minutes.
