Come here about 3 times a week always get greeted within seconds of pulling up to the speaker staffs always friendly food is always amazing always fresh and hot definitely one of the best Sonic’s I’ve been too shoutout to the guy working tonight on the 4th of October that remade my crazy drink lol

Disappointed with Sonic Vea’s Service
I ordered food from Sonic Vea thinking it’d be a quick pickup, but when I arrived, the place looked completely closed. No workers in sight, no signs of life. I had to call just to let them know I was outside, and even then, it took about ten minutes for anyone to show up.
When I knocked on the glass door to get their attention, I finally saw two employees—a guy and a girl. The guy literally ran off, and the girl couldn’t even look me in the eye. It felt awkward, unprofessional, and honestly kind of rude.
If the store is open, customers shouldn’t have to chase down staff just to get their food. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I haven't been to a Sonic in about 8 years and for the first time I tried their regular hamburger. It was a really good burger! The fries were pretty good, as well. I would have given it 5 stars but the burger cost over $8 which is quite spendy. I would recommend and I will return.

I took my little siblings in to the drive thru. Ordering was a little difficult because they are little kids, but the staff was completely patient and willing to take the time and difficulty to get it right. I am very impressed and pleased. Even when i came to the window i was very apologetic but they told me it was no worries at all. Even tho they were busy. Thank you guys for creating a fun and happy environment for my little siblings and I!

Compared to a year ago this sonic is more than thriving. The complete positive change is so refreshing.
Went into a stall the other day and sat for a few minutes, Immediately after i clicked the button i was met with a kind voice. She was bubbly and overall super understanding, even when i asked a few questions. I finished ordering and not long after my food and drinks were out! Food was warm, service was great, employees were super kind and i could tell they enjoyed their job.

Got a couple sandwich meals and they must have had old rotten mayo or something because they were THE GROSSEST burgers we have ever had. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE. There are other Sonics more deserving of your business. Reporting to corporate. This place needs to be reported to the health department. CLOSE IT DOWN
