I took my little siblings in to the drive thru. Ordering was a little difficult because they are little kids, but the staff was completely patient and willing to take the time and difficulty to get it right. I am very impressed and pleased. Even when i came to the window i was very apologetic but they told me it was no worries at all. Even tho they were busy. Thank you guys for creating a fun and happy environment for my little siblings and I!

Compared to a year ago this sonic is more than thriving. The complete positive change is so refreshing.

Went into a stall the other day and sat for a few minutes, Immediately after i clicked the button i was met with a kind voice. She was bubbly and overall super understanding, even when i asked a few questions. I finished ordering and not long after my food and drinks were out! Food was warm, service was great, employees were super kind and i could tell they enjoyed their job.

Got a couple sandwich meals and they must have had old rotten mayo or something because they were THE GROSSEST burgers we have ever had. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE. There are other Sonics more deserving of your business. Reporting to corporate. This place needs to be reported to the health department. CLOSE IT DOWN

Waited 15 minutes to get a bag of cold food
 I get that it’s fast food. Expectations are LOW to begin with. But if I’m eating in the parking lot it should be at least warm??

Waited in the drive up kiosk area for awhile after pushing the button for service. No one ever took our order and we eventually went through the drive thru
 as did another customer shortly before. Awful customer service and no one seemed to want to work there. Great drinks but really bad service and atmosphere.

Every single time I come here there’s a problem. From literally just not answering the drive though until I come to the window to tell me they won’t be servicing me due to being understaffed to the employees rejecting to give you the happy hour discount even though you ordered at 1:55. There is one particular male staff member who literally asked me what was supposed to be in the dirty doctor pepper and also has served me this drink wrong on SEVERAL occasions. You think you’d look at the damn menu after enough orders and you don’t know what you’re serving. Literally so disgusted with this place that I haven’t come back in weeks and of course when I do I can’t get the discount even though that’s the ONLY reason I came here:

Gotta give it 1 since I can't give it zero. Food? Don't know, I never got any. Service? Same as the food, never got any. At 7:00 pm, there were three cars parked (employees?) and you could see two employees in the building. One car in a stall waiting for service and myself. I pushed the button, and no one answered after 5 minutes of waiting. The car next to me backed out and went through the drive through....still no answer for either of us. We both wound up leaving with no service and no food. Not a great Sonic experience.

Laughably bad service. They “close” their drive up stations during the winter cause it’s too cold. That’s the whole point of your restaurant. Tell your high schoolers to suck it up and stop playing on their phones.
