Went to get a quick couple of drinks yesterday wasn't even busy one lady had been waiting for 40 minutes other people where leaving due to not being answered on the buttons worst location they need help immediately!!!! We ended up leaving don't go to this location

We waited 10 minutes after pushing the button for someone to take our order and then we waited 15minutes for one drink that they couldn't even make correctly. We ordered a cherry limeade slush and got a cherry limeade instead. I love sonic but this is the worst location I've ever been to. They weren't even close to busy either. I'd say that while we were waiting 3 or 4 people left without ordering because they had been waiting so long. The only reason we didn't leave was because we had paid already. If you happen to be in Windsor I highly recommend going anywhere other than here if you're looking for a fairly quick bite to eat

Placed my order through the app. When I arrived I checked in through the app as well. After 5min still no food. Then I pressed the order button and waited several more minutes with no answer. Proceeded to the drive thru for yet another 5 or so more minutes of waiting. When I finally received my order it was barely warm!! This will be my last time here. RIDICULOUS

I truly don't know how this place is still open. Most of the time you have to go through the drive thru where you get stuck for a half hour waiting for them to take your order!! Just don't go here

The employees don't take your order unless you go though the drive thru. I've visited 5 times and left 3 of those times
Been here twice and have never received service therefore no food or drinks. The first time we pressed the button and waited for half an hour to never be greeted so we left. The second time the mobile app wasn’t working so we went through the drive through they took over ten minutes to help the car in front of us and when we pulled up they said they’re only accepting cash. This place is worse than 1 star and we won’t be returning. I will be reaching out to corporate but based on other reviews it seems like the manager here does not care how poor the service is. So sad to see this!!

Would give negative stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and travel to another sonic. The manager was very rude and wouldn't honor a promo that was sent via text directly from sonic. Corporate did apologize to me and remedy the problem but there would not have been a problem had the manager known how to do her job. I've had good experiences at all the other sonics I have been to. Just wouldn't definitely not recommend the one in windsor.

I decided to stop at sonic to grab a drink while out running errands and spent almost an hour waiting! It was 3pm on a Saturday. At first I went to the stall because I wanted to get a pretzel twist too. There were 3 other cars at the stalls. Pushed the button, waited 15 minutes… they never took my order. I saw there were only 2 other cars in the drive through and decided to do that. It was no faster. Spent 20 minutes before they even took my order. Then, waited 20 minutes after ordering to actually get my drink and pretzel. Never coming to the sonic again!
