The customer service is always AMAZING here. But every time I stop by for a latte it tastes absolutely horrible. I know everyone has bad days and makes mistakes so I kept giving the benefit of the doubt. But after 4 visits and all 4 lattes being awful, I won’t return.

It’s really went down hill from what it use to be. My drinks are always overflowing where I can hardly even put it in my cup holder without making a mini pond.. I always ask and get charged for extra syrups but where are they at when I get my drink...? The night crew is still beast tho.
