The baristas in this Starbucks did not make me ever want to come back. I asked the one i ordered with to just rinse my cup out before I reused it for a new coffee and she said, we can’t clean cups here it’s against our policy. I said ummm I’m not asking you to clean it, just use some water to rinse it out. She wouldn’t do it. Then I order a $6.50 drink and my cup is barely half full. I asked about it as I order grande drinks all the time and it’s usually much higher in the reusable cup I have. And was told by an Emma that she couldn’t put more oat milk because I did light ice, it’s so low. The drink she made me is NOT light ice. I got given a tall sized drink after paying for a medium. There was nobody in line and I still waited 5+ minutes for my drink while they talked and cleaned instead of making my drink. Horrible customer service. When someone spends almost $7 for a drink freaking put the right amount of milk. There is no way this is a grande drink. Will be emailing customer service.

This isn't the greatest starbucks girl at Windows. was not friendly and wasn't rude. he just didn't speak to us. Kind of an awkward drive thru window experience, you need someone that is friendly to do that job.

This Starbucks does an excellent job at preparing the coffee. Ordered through the app and it was ready as we walked in. It is nice and quite with plenty of seating space.

I always order on the app, and by the time I get to the window, there is no wait. The line at this particular store moves faster than most in my opinion. The staff is always friendly! I'm not a fan of starbucks breakfast sandwiches or wraps, but I do like their baked goods and boxes.

Shout out to Darby! We are always greeted with a smile and great service. We go out of our way to enjoy this Starbucks and the warm greeting we get from Darby. In an age of less than enthusiastic service, Darby is someone I would hire if I still managed retail.

I saw some of these recent reviews and am shocked to see them. I've been coming to this Starbucks for 7 years now and come in almost on a daily basis. I also don't get involved with people's reviews because sometimes that is how people try to validate their agenda. Everyone at this stand are genuinely always so kind. Darby is an extremely good person and one of the most nicest people we know.
I know that this holiday season has either brought out the best in people or the worst and it's really sad to see.
We as a family really love the people who are at the Windsor Starbucks. Each person have always treated us with kindness and respect.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here. All of the baristas are so nice and always give me great recommendations! Super quick with their service and always cheerful. Can’t recommend enough. These other reviews seem so harsh. I guess some people just don’t have the holiday spirit to treat one another with kindness, patience, and respect. People who work in the food service are human beings too! Love you Starbs!!!

I would have given this one 5 stars if it was not for the manager Darby that I encountered today. I’ve been coming here for years right by my house 1 sometimes 2 times a day l. I get the same thing every-time 1/2 2% 1/2 nonfat in my latte. She said they can’t do that. Really after getting it like for 6 years? After asking me if I’d been coming to this location (arguing with a good customer and yes same location) she said I could go somewhere else if I’d like. WOW. For one I’ve worked with the upper ownership of Starbucks head quarters and know for a fact the way I get my drink is fine. Management should have good customer service skill and good hospitality. Darby lacks both of these, the ability to be a good Role model for staff and the professionalism to be manager. This actually was a great Starbucks minus the poor choice of management of Darby. By the reviews, a few more unhappy customers have run into her as well. I hope my chat with upper ownership and this post does something about this good location’s unprofessional manager that lacks knowledge.
