Went in today to buy one 6-inch sandwich. Long line, only one kid working the counter and cash register. The “manager” was there too, but not helping in the least. This was during the lunch rush. No meatballs, so ordered a club sandwich, and as I watched, I noticed he put on only turkey and roast beef, but no ham. When I brought it to his attention , he stated that they were out of ham. He was going to try to slip one by without providing what was supposed to be in the sandwich. I don’t know what was going on, but poorly staffed, couldn’t believe the “manager” didn’t step up to help. Very negative experience.

Went in and got a sandwich and salad tonight and both girls that where working was in the back talking and as they where making the food they didn’t put much on either of my items had to keep telling them to add more and they acted like really your going to make me work. Mind you I was the only customer there. Normally, when I get this salad, it’s filled to the top. This place does not want to put any effort into making your items.
Went in on a Monday and the open sign is off at 850. Could tell she was annoyed. They don't close for 40 more min. Also out of meat balls. Maybe if she didn't shut things down 40 min befor close... they would have what they r supposed to have

I’m writing this in hopes that the person who runs this location or the person who owns this location reads it. I will preface this with the fact that I do enjoy subway when it’s done right, however this location has consistent problems. Mobile orders are seemingly ignored until I arrive, there are a number of occasions where I’ve placed orders only to be called back saying they don’t have any meat, or I find out after I arrive that what was ordered was missing an ingredient and they decided not to make the order. The churros and pretzels that have been ordered are served cold as if they’ve been taken directly out of the fridge. The place is regularly dirty at the tables as well. I hope they are able to make some adjustments to their operations. Until then I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

This location is TERRIBLE! They are literally always out of chicken, steak, meatballs, and more. Almost every time I order they call and tell me they're out of whatever I ordered and they'll refund me. Half the time I get there to pick up my pickup order and they tell me theyre out of whatever meat I chose. This is the third time in a row over a couple months. Not to mention the poor teens working there always seems upset and overworked. Whoever owns this franchise is so out of touch with what's going on... Just go to Quiznos across the street and save the disappointment.

First off the young lady behind the counter had an attitude. I ordered my sandwich and while she was fixing it I saw how horrible the vegetables were in the bins. Frozen and wilted so I asked her politely to give me cucumbers from another bin that wasn’t so bad. Attitude came out and she leaned way over to grab them and did the humpf noise to let me know that was too much effort for her. Not once did she smile, say hello or tell me to have a good day. This young lady obviously does not like her job so should move on to something else that she MIGHT be good at. I don’t even like sandwiches but due to my job there are days I don’t know if I’m even going to get to eat and a sandwich is the easiest thing for me to take to work. At this point I will not get subs from subway and just buy the fixings and make my own. This isn’t the first subway that the vegetables look l cap and not fresh.

Going to this subway is never a good experience. They’re always out of chicken… I stood there with my 2 yo for 15 mins before having my order taken just for them to tell me they were then out of turkey. They were also out of bread besides white. The kid working was rude. This subway is one I will not be going back to.
