We’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt FAR too many times. The two kids you have behind the counter are preparing and serving food on unsanitary bare metal, serving food with half the ingredients on the sandwich, and seem to never be able to have anything prepared. And whatever little vegetables they DO have prepared, are disgusting. This is how it has been EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It’s currently 8pm and y’all close at 9:30. No reason to be this incompetent and checked out an hour and a half before you close. Dont support this garbage.

Was in this store today April 2nd around 4:30pm There was a young gentleman that clearly did not want to be there. Ordered 2 salads/protein bowls. The first one he fixed I had to askto have the meat cut. He then just started tearing the cold cuts apart. He clearly was annoyed. Thank goodness he had gloves on. Did the same with the cheese. He just kinda threw it together. The gal working with him was great and she did great on the 2nd salad. Not sure if I’ll go back to this Subway location

So I'm a dasher and as the weather on 3/24/24 was so terrible I got despatched from about 6 miles away from this subway. I got there as safe and quick as I could and pulled up literally 1 minute after 930pm. I knocked on the door and showed the worker there I was to pick up a doordash and she shook her head no and went on to ignore me. I tried calling the phone there as so did doordash customer service with no answer. She had made the order and put it on the shelf we pull from. But would not even stop what she was doing to bring it to me. I was appalled at the customer service number one and number two why would she make an order when she knew that she was not going to hand it out the door. I could not figure it out. But I took a pic to show doordash customer service that the order was made but that she would not hand it to me. This person has been vary rude in the past to not only me but other dasher picking up orders while I was waiting on mine. I would never go there again and will continue to decline all offers no matter how high it is to pick up here. Please be warned. This is not a great place to go.

Manager told me they had nothing prepared after them being open for two hours seem pretty pissed off to even unlock the doors pretty surprising considering it says open at 8 AM. Not too big of a deal but change your hours so you're not wasting peoples time.

Due to supply issues, Subway was out of ham, turkey, and steak. This would not have been an issue if the online ordering would have indicated this shortage. I placed my order, drove to the shop, got notified that my order was complete, only to find out it wasn't started.
