I came in to pick up my online order, and while I was a little early, Chris was super kind and communicative about the situation. It was clear as day how hard he was working to rise above the challenge OF BEING BY HIMSELF, and I hope his boss TAKES NOTICE and that he's rewarded for the effort he's put in! (But really subway, you can't expect me to believe that you can't afford to staff an extra closer. Do better, for your employees' sake)

This place is absolutely wonderful. I go here for lunch occasionally, and I enjoy every single experience. The lunch staff here are the friendliest I have ever met. Hands down one of the best fast food places around. Id specifically like to mention Riley, who is consistently extremely friendly, and it's a pleasure every time he takes my order

The person behind the counter was rude and snide I called spoke to manager to complain and was hung up
They have just really gone down hill from what is use to be. I ordered the cheese steak footling online and when I got them back home and opened them up to eat them the steak was cold and the cheese was not melted on the meat. Toasted them when I said do not toast them. I try and give everything and everyone the benefit of the doubt with things and it seems like the last five or so times I have ordered from there is seems to never fail that it is the same issues as the time before. It gets really frustrating.

Got door dash, it was the worst subwsy ive ever had, bread was super dry and crumbly and they had the toppings wrong on all the sandwichs, no mote subwsy or door dash for me, terrible!! Delivery and driver was fine but customer has no control so places take advantage
