Got off work and came through to get diner around 9:50pm and ordered a 7$ craving box ended up with a chicken chalupa, a regular taco, a bean burrito and some extra stale chips. Not what I usually end up with:/

Can I please get my tostadas made so they don't look like slop? Every time! The cheese is barley a sprinkle, not even a pinch! I always order without sauce, some of the times they get that right, but I continually get slop on a half covered shell. I visit this store at least once a week, mostly 3 times a week. I was hoping service and food would get better with the new owners but as soon as you all put kids in charge the ucky starts. Occasionally we get a welcoming face or hello. What happened to proper food service and preparation? I don't want anymore (I've gotten 2) free taco coupons. I order tostadas and burritos, an occasional Mexican pizza. The last 2 of the last 4 times I didn't even say anything because the problem continues like a chronic headache. And I feel like a nag. The embarrassment should be on you, the owners, not me! Today my total was $6.50-ish, I gave them one of those free taco coupons (because I had the coupon) just to realize they took my coupon but didn't deduct it from my change of a $20 bill. I received $13 dollars and change. No receipt. I'm so frustrated! It's a simple job! I've done it myself. In a dual restaurant where it also served KFC. A tad more brains necessary, but a simple job no less. PLEASE! Make me happy and make my tostadas proper from now on. I do have pics of the last few visits because I'm so aggravated about it. It happens like a chronic headache. Constantly recurring. I drive-thru with a rare dine-in. How do I post the pics?

came through the drive through around 10:45pm after a very long day. just wanted something easy and simple so i ordered 2 supreme soft tacos. didn’t think that was a complicated order but after i had left i realized they only gave me 1 taco and i paid for two, and the taco was cold. the meat, the tortilla was hard, like it was something that had been sitting for a long time. i used to work in fast food for 4 years as a shift manager and i made my fair share of mistakes, but come on i was the only one there and i only ordered two things. do better.

I always order the #7 box and , This Taco bell never fails to give you old staled chulupa shells. Always cold and never fresh. Food is sub par , this tbell was better before they shut down. R.I.P Windsor Taco bell.. consumers beware

They got EVERY item in a $30 order for my family incorrect, swapped out some items for others, skimped on the fiesta potato portion (container was about 1/3 - 1/2 full), and some items were cold. Will not be returning to this location. I usually love Taco Bell! But this was a MESS. Reported it on the app and they sent me a coupon for one free item, which I don’t think the Windsor location accepts (they didn’t accept a reward I tried to use previously). Huge fail.
