Went in to get a number two, three regular tacos with a drink. The girl at the window with short black hair and glasses took my order. When I got to the window she told me my total and I paid in cash. After a second she gave me a bag and a drink. I asked for my change and she replied “I handed it to you”, which she hadn’t. I’m glad I asked for my change back since this is a common way for people to steal money. Which I think she might have been doing… if I’m being honest. She gave me my change and I left. Since the interaction was so poor I checked the bag and it was not what I ordered. It was a burrito, a hard shell taco and another thing, maybe one of the tacos I wanted. I turned around and brought the food back in because I just wanted the three tacos. When I got in the girl with short black hair who took my order said it was my fault because she said “if your screen is right we’ll get you at the window”. Didn’t argue, I didn’t hear her say that but it’s not impossible. I didn’t really care cause things happen and I just wanted to fix the problem.

There was another young lady there that tried to help and explain everything which was nice. An older lady who was also trying to figure out what was happening but still misunderstood what I wanted, though the older woman was also at the window when I was trying to get my change in the drive thru so I'm not sure exactly what was happening.

I decided the best bet was to get a refund and just go home. Tacos aren’t worth whatever trouble was happening there. I think the young lady that was trying to help was great but the other young lady with black hair and glasses is absolutely not ok. I think the young lady with black hair and glasses is trying to steal from either people and/or the restaurant. Definitely won’t go back.

5 workers behind the counter were all standing around talking. Almost every table in the dining room was dirty. One worker was on break, sitting in dirty dining room. A manager should have workers clean dining room tables 10 minutes before any scheduled break. It would only take that long. (We were there for 30 minutes and no one was sent to clean the dining room.)
Also, the door on the south side of the building has a broken soft close mechanism. It slams and scares everyone each time it is opened and shut. It's been broken for months!

Taco bell is the same taste as always but the price is just ridiculous its now way to expensive for the quality of food you get. So sad. It's still better tasting than the large M but just as expensive its cheaper to go to a sit down restaurant or an authentic Mexican drive through. Do better big chain restaurants

I don't know why it's so hard to make a order or fall instructions. This review is 2 parts, my girlfriend ordered me lunch to be delivered to my work. The first order was delivered to some random address not even in the same town so that is on GrubHub, when she contacted GrubHub and tacobell they offered the same order for free, okay cool so when I actually got the order delivered she ordered a grilled cheese chicken burrito, a chicken taco and a chicken quesadilla.....what I actually got was a normal beef taco, a paper wrapper for a burrito (no burrito) and a packet of nacho cheese.....

Even orders through a delivery service this location can't even follow simple orders. When they were closed and taken over by new management and reopened it started out good now it's ran by high school kids who don't give a damn and can't follow simple instructions so the place again is ran into the ground.

This location needs to just be closed permanently like taco John's in Windsor.
